I got absolutely no help to send packages back that I didn't request. I asked if there were options of any kind I was told only if I went to the post office to get a label and then come back to UPS and pay to have them try to ship back to sender. I am a new amputee. There was a big vehicle parked in front that took up the handicapped plus another space. The vehicle was not for a handicapped person. It always seems difficult to use this business. I have lived in the area for 30yrs and try to give anyone the benefit of the doubt. I will not return to this UPS store and I would not recommend it. To answer the question how to improve. As a business owner myself for 30 years, I would consider for this business to get people in there that know about customer service and not having a bunch of people hanging around taking up parking spaces for people that really need easier access. read more

Do not use!!! I ordered medication from my online pharmacy and had it shipped overnight since I was only in town for two weeks. My pharmacy shipped it via FedEx (which I was unaware of) and the UPS store sent it back because it was not shipped by UPS! I spent $50 on shipping and have no refills of my prescription left. The UPS store did not tell me that it had to be shipped by UPS in order for them to accept the delivery; however, they accepted another package for me which was shipped FedEx! read more

I dropped off a box with a hand planer tool in it that I sold on eBay. The box arrived at the buyer's address without the planer. I have never had anything stolen out of my mail before using this UPS store and I have no doubt they will completely deny it. I'm not saying they took it out, but I'm not saying they didn't either. No complaints here. My wife & I were on a travel nurse assignment in Pueblo and decided to use this location to revive mail and fulfill those types of duties. The staff here always welcomed me with a smile, made sure to communicate w/ me about packages, membership, etc. it was really a great experience and I recommend them for locals and new travlers. UPDATE: I had a package disappear. The retailer emailed me it arrived at about 2am at the UPS store--yes off hours. I went in the next day and I had no package notice in my box. So I went to the counter and the woman took the time to check the system, check around the store, and also asked me if I had forgotten that I picked it up--a little condescending but they have always been pretty nice there. Don't think it was her intent. I was sent away with we'll let you know if the package arrives--no complaint process or logging of the issue. Mind you I showed her all the emails and tracking info. I checked the delivery drop off time indicating 2PM. I sent a complaint to On Trac and it's been a week with no response. I am guessing they dropped it off outside the the UPS store and it got ripped off in the wee hours of the morning. Maybe there was a new driver who didn't know the drop off rules?? At sign up for my box pretty sure I asked about off-hour deliveries and was assured procedures were in place. Be careful---I personally will no longer have packages delivered there. UNGRATEFUL! I have used this store many times over the years. We have come to know Rueben, the owner, and his staff. My wife and I seem to collect quite a bit of cardboard boxes so we always drop it off so this store can use it for shipping of goods, packing, etc. I'm sure they charge people for this material and I'm OK with that. On two separate occasions recently, I had to ship some items and needed a box. They were happy to accommodate this need - and charged me for it! After making the effort to give them free materials, it seems rather ungrateful to me! Not good customer service. No problem - I'm happy to put any future boxes on my curb for recycling. If you have any questions at all they will figure it out and try to make it a positive experience. The clerk at the UPS store stole lifesaving medication from a sealed envelope. My son ended up in the ER due to the theft. This is the second theft from sealed packages from the store. Last Christmas, $300 in cash was stolen from a fully taped box to one of our kids. He could see marks where the tape was ripped off and new tape applied. NEVER go there unless you want your packages ripped open, and your valuables stolen. read more
