I've been freaking out about getting these items printed since I received my proofs online a couple weeks ago. I was scared I'd pick the wrong place and royally screw up the quality of my invites. I researched a few local print shops (and some bigger companies too) and decided on XPress because of other great reviews. I walked in clueless as this is my first (and my last!) time getting married, and Barb was so helpful in guiding me through the process. I left my thumb drive with her and she emailed me the very next day with price quotes. I replied with my picks, and two days later, the order was ready for pick up! I got them today and the invitations are BEAUTIFUL, I love the stock we decided on and I just couldn't be happier! I had such a great experience getting my passport photos taken. The young woman helping me was such…read morea treat. She asked if I wanted to look in a mirror before taking the photo, the set up was quick, and the first take was a winner! She took special care to make sure everything was perfect and I was out the door in no time with my brand new photos that will bless me on several Euro trips, I am sure. The store was clean and interesting with lots of cool items. The only downside was that she said I would get my digital passport copies in my email in an hour. I called at the end of the day, and they just said to wait. I called again a few days later and gave my information and he said even though he didn't take them, he would try to look. I got my photos taken last week on a Thursday and it is a week later (Wednesday), and I guess I have to accept I'm not getting the digital copies sent to me. My email on the receipt is correct, and I've checked my Junk folders and everything. I double checked my email at the place so I know it would have gotten to me if they would have actually sent them. So just look out that if you are planning to renew your passport online, hopefully you'll get your digital prints, but I did not. No worries though, I might just go up in the future and get another photo taken and try again. I would still recommend the place. Edit: It's Thursday, and Tammy did call me this morning to say they would be sending photos my way - so great service! I really appreciate the help.
