I needed to send a very important fax. The designated number was consistently busy, however the staff kept trying throughout the day. One of the staff members went in to work early the next morning and was able to successfully send the fax. There was a stack of transmittal sheets proving their attempts to get my fax processed. 15 Days with no scans since I dropped off my packages. I will be reporting your franchise location to USPS. You should not be able to handle people's mail when you are so irresponsible with it. This particular franchise location likes to do things their own way, which is the wrong way and clearly peoples mail is not getting delivered. I would highly recommend you avoid this location when shipping anything via the post office. Just go to the post office regardless of how convenient this location may seem the odds are your packages will never get scans, and your mail will simply be lost. The women at the counter are extremely rude when you go to ask about your packages they would rather chat and gossip with each other than actually help customers. Avoid at all cost. read more

Last one I have to come back 3 times to look for the package, they have it there but did not to give to the mailman. Today i dropped another one- same thing, I can't locate the package. Recently I had a situation where I was heading out of town and needed to ship something, but didn't want it to arrive while the receiver was away from home. Paid a premium to have box packed by the store. An Item was missing at the destination. I called the store and they found it in their packing area where they had neglected to include it in the box with the rest of the items I paid them to have professionally packed. The "professionally packed" box was filled with peanuts so you can't dump them out to double check that they actually packed all the items as they said they did. The store would not ship the item or provide any discount or expedited shipping for their error. There are too many shipping choices available to tolerate mediocrity and poor customer service. Update: Store management refunded the cost of shipping the misplaced item. They also said they made their employees aware they could adjust customer bills if warranted. read more

I've only been in once and will never go back! There were 3 people "working" and 2 were munching on snacks, and only 2 costumers (including me). The man ( one of the munchers and also a manager I think) waited on me and acted as if my coming into his store to mail a simple package was the greatest imposition! He was rude, self involved, and just plain terribly nasty. I can't think of a better way to describe him. It was so bad that I expected Alan Funt from Candid Camera to pop up from behind the desk. Postal Annex is the cherry on top of a delicious hot fudge sundae. We all hate those days where you have to adult. Chores, dry cleaning, doctor visit, DMV, calling Comcast to argue with them (which happens about every 3 months). My next stop after the DMV was going to be the post office, until this lovely saint of a woman at the DMV told me about the postal annex. I went there to mail my package instead of the post office and the staff treated me like a friend instead of a customer, there was no line and the best part is no one had to post my bail from me losing my mind if I had to deal with the post office that day! They charge much higher prices than the actual carrier, plus all the handling fees, packing materials, etc. They're already charging me for handling and supplies used, why are they charging triple what FedEx charged for the shipping? I stopped by to drop off a package that had a prepaid shipping label. I was told that my package was too big, and that I could not drop it off since they did not have enough room this time of year. There was another package similar in size that had already been dropped off. The worker pointed to an area in the back of the store while telling me that I could not drop my package off; there seemed to be plenty of room in the area she pointed at. I aways have a pleasant experience at this place. They are always very nice and helpful. Today though?? The words "nice" or "helpful" just aren't adequate enough. I went in today to mail my final copies of my doctoral dissertation and needed to have it in the hands of my school by Friday. I paid the mailing fee and left. Thirty minutes later I got a voicemail from Mary informing me she changed carriers. Why? She was worried about my dissertation getting there on time. She said, "I know how important this is to you so I made the change to give us a day buffer." Who does that?? Who cares enough about the customer to go above and beyond like that??? Mary does. Mary is ALWAYS so kind, but today she solidified my future patronage. I won't mail a package in Colorado Springs at any other place than here from now on. If you want taken care of at a level that is rare to find these days, you'd be wise to use them too. read more

this is hidden behind some trees at the end of a minimall near the Valero gas station. they do shipping thru Post Office, UPS, Fedex, etc and faxes. also sell some random things like cards. a bit messy and crowded on the inside. mailing a package from here thru the Post Office costs more than going directly to the Post Office - I'm guessing my small package cost $1.25 more. was faster than waiting in line at the Post Office tho. read more

I've used this location a number of times over the years, at least 5 times in the last month and have been superbly pleased with their packing and shipping of my items, the service, the attitudes of the people and convenience their services have afforded me as I ship my railroad antiques to various museums.
