I wasn't able to drop off a return to Amazon from the UPS store near me, and decided to go to the one near my job. The whole process took less than 30 seconds start to finish, and I'm pretty sure I'll be taking my Amazon returns to this UPS store from now on. Customer service was good, the store was immaculate, and there weren't a bunch of folks waiting in line (unlike my neighborhood UPS Store). Can't beat it! Until my next return! read more

4.8.22 I come here frequently when I have to return items mostly through Amazon. They package the items and print the labels for me if it qualifies for the Amazon return. I dropped off an item for a return for another merchant and I received notification that it was received the following day. Wow! They are always fast, friendly, and efficient. This location has packaging supplies, printing services, mailboxes, and notary available (Mon-Fri 10am-5pm). read more

I shipped a box to myself to a UPS Store in a different state for work. The items in the box were valued at more than $4,000. When I went to pick up the box, it was crushed and once side was reinforced with tons of tape (I'll upload pictures.) When I contacted The UPS Store on Oakland Mills Road with the pictures, they claimed no responsibility for how poorly the items were packaged. I come by this UPS almost weekly to drop off packages and its always quick and efficient. Im literally in and out within a few minutes. I recognize most of the employees as I go there so often. I am a local business owner and I recently sent a VERY IMPORTANT package from this UPS Store location to the tax office in Baltimore. Needless to say I have not been pleased at all with the quality of services. I paid for overnight express delivery. The address on the envelope label typed by Tommy was incorrect. The documents were supposed to arrive Friday 10/6 before 10:30am. I received a call from this location at 4pm stating that the address was wrong and they were unable to deliver. What took them so long to let me know? Today is 10/10 and my package that I paid overnight express services for STILL has not arrived to the recipient. I have been left to troubleshoot the location and status of my package all by myself. The so called owner of this UPS STORE facility pretty much blamed ME for the incorrect address being typed on the shipping label by Tommy. He said I should have checked it better. Since the package was sent from a UPS store it is literally being held somewhere in Baltimore. I can't even pick it up. Only the recipient can. Which is not going to happen because the person works for the State... he is not going to drive 40 minutes out of his way to pick up a package. UPS stated that he called them and requested it be held for pickup which is not the case at all. This has turned into an absolute mess. My package is somewhere out there and I have no idea when my package will be delivered or where it is at this time. I would not recommend anyone go to this facility. They do little to nothing to help once they have taken your money and the package has gone out the door onto a UPS truck. I have not heard anything from them since Friday to ensure that my package arrived to its final destination and today is now Tuesday! Not a very good way to treat small business owners or customers in general. Never again. Go to FedEX! read more

I am not sure why I never have any luck with this place. I brought a package in to mail that was properly packaged and addressed. They refused to mail it because it was in my own box. I brought in an Amazon return, they refused because they couldn't scan the label. I came in to mail a letter and they refused because I didn't want to buy a book of stamps for one letter. I generally use the UPS store in Clarksville, but decided to use the Columbia location as they open a bit earlier. I am very happy with my experiences. The store is clean and spacious. The owner is extremely helpful and friendly. On top of this, it is very easy to get in and out. I will continue to use. read more

I've visited this location of the UPS store to make copies of blueprints for a commercial project we are working on. They do not have the equipment at this location to print 24 x 36" prints, the largest machine they have is 11 x 17. read more

I recently had to overnight ship 25 11lb packages to various addresses across the US. Mr. Kim (owner) & Tommy not only helped me unload the boxes from my car, but Mr. Kim went a step further to take my list of addresses and do the work of inputting them for me! I was able to leave my credit card and he took care of the rest, sending tracking numbers for each and packing them up saving me literally hours of time. I have been using this UPS store for about 6 months or so. I have only used them for printing but have had excellent service. Anytime I send them something, they call if there is an issue. Today I went online to have new letterhead printed. I picked a paper and added a note saying I wasn't sure this is the correct paper. Not even 10 minutes later I got a call from Kelvin saying he suggested another paper. I really appreciated the call and his attention to details. In the past I have received a call saying they didn't have enough of the colored paper I needed to have the printing done in an hour (I feel like they aim for one hour service but am not sure). I said it wasn't a problem but they still had it finished in a few hours. This location is much easier to deal with and friendlier than the one in Kings Contrivance I had been using. I highly recommend UPS Store 6741 if you need any printing done, especially if you need it done fast. read more
