Yelp removed my review they said "because it is more representative of the extraordinary circumstances we are experiencing than an everyday experience at the business." But the review was saying how RUDE they were toward my child with disabilities ... which is never ok, with or without "extraordinary circumstances." Anyway, posting again. Never ok to discriminate based on physical and intellectual disabilities. Employees could have KINDLY found a way to accommodate us without yelling at us through plexiglass, with their own masks on, more than six feet away with no one else in the store. Will take my business elsewhere as don't believe they will be kind under "regular circumstances." read more

Very nice helpful people. Never have had a problem. They have a separate line for Amazon returns, which makes it very quick.

Rude staff. They don't accept cash. I do not recommend them at all. Go anywhere but here.

Charged me extra after package was delivered - lied about box size and weight (charge lists a box an inch greater than they made me, 12lbs heavier than both I and the employee weighed it out loud in front of the employee he was training). They also charge exorbitant fees for a box, placing three items in said box, and a little bubble wrap ($15, $10, and $10 plus tax). One of the employees was also incompetent with reading deminsions as I had to return a box that was much too small before shipment. Overall the worst experience I've had with shipping packages in my life. read more

I'm skeptical of some of the negative reviews. I'm in this store almost daily picking up packages or mail and I've never experienced or seen anyone experience anything negative. The only thing I've witnessed is some customers don't seem to understand the difference between a UPS Store and UPS. When the UPS Store staff tried to explain they have no control over deliveries from UPS the customers get upset. I was confused why the customers were getting upset as the store staff has no control over UPS or if your item was delivered damaged. I have no issue writing a negative review if it's deserved, but these folks are great people who will do anything they can to help you...IF it's in their control. read more
