They delivered my package to the wrong address (as evidenced by the photo of someone else's porch it was left on. I don't know where! Then, you call in and CANNOT get a person on the phone and putting in the tracking number brings a weird message saying only the shipper can change the address...what? So I kept having packages stolen and/or missing so I set up a camera and discovered my packages were only stolen or missing when items were shipped through FedEx it only took a month or two to discover that for some reason FedEx were dropping packages off at my mailbox!! Not inside, not behind it but ether on the ground beside my mailbox or sitting on top of it! Even when the mailbox was completely empty and the small package would have easily fit inside! I took some pictures to show how FedEx couldn't have time to drive up my driveway and drop off my packages at my doorstep but no! Just leave my packages on the ground beside my mail box so people can easily see them and wouldn't take any effort to pull up, steal my packages and leave! As of a month ago I'll pay extra to have companies ship items through UPS where my packages always gets delivered at my doorstep! read more

EVERY SINGLE TIME a package is coming from fedex its delivered to incorrect address on my road. My mailbox is clearly marked. Not to mention they go 70 mph down the road.. ive had to get in my car and chase them down to ask where my package was delivered to. Open your eyes and read the number on the mailbox. I paid for overnight shipping. My package was supposed to be here yesterday. I got sent a picture of my house that was taken with the driver sitting in his truck. Me and three other people were sitting in my living room when he claims to have attempted to deliver it. He didn't knock or even get out of his car. Today i sat on my couch from 9am -12pm staring outside the door waiting for him. At 11:35am i got sent the same exact picture i was sent yesterday. Saying he tried to deliver except this time he didn't even drive up my driveway. I have been on the phone with like 6 different custome service representatives and a person from the fedex store called me and said they were attempting to redeliver it today. Well guess what! As it did not stop at my home I checked my tracking to find out that instead of delivering my package They delivered it to the post office to deliver tomorrow . what the blank.
