They have NO customer service, one of the staff members was attempting to help an elderly woman self print a shipping label, but the staff member was across the room and instead of going over to help the woman, she stood there yelling instructions at her, hit next, hit send and then got irritated when the customer asked her to repeat herself. They are all rude and totally ignorant and have the nerve to be arrogant with their ignorance. I was forced to pay for two polymailers to return items, when I showed them the email that clearly said "No Box, No Label needed - FedEx will package and ship for you". I showed them the email and was told "Yeah, we'll package it, but you gotta pay for the package" . Look people, save your sanity and your sanctification. Just go to another location.
