Doesn't like kids, always complains when I bring my 2 year old. I only go if it's an emergency. They forgot to put impeller sheering pin. The impeller hit the auger. They took it back. put the sheering pin in and now as soon as the auger hits some snow it stops. Every year they have had our machine for months at a time, and never fixed it. There is no communication once it is dropped off, they tell me it's fixed and we get it back to the same problem. Months go by, they tell me they will call me to update me and I receive no follow up calls. I have to call constantly to see what is up with the machine. After 3 years I finally was given a loaner mower (after requesting it multiple times) as we are a National Shrine in Stony Point, NY with a very large property to care for. The loaner was great and after a couple weeks they call to tell me the machine is fixed and they are dropping it off. They never said they were taking back the loaner. When they arrived, we told them we will give them back the loaner next week, we needed to make sure the machine was actually repaired. They refused to let me hold it even a few days and said it would be considered stolen property. Keep in mind this is a Catholic Church and National Shrine that they are doing this to. We gave them their loaner back and the machine they returned to us "fixed" we needed new mower blades because they were given back to us in horrible condition with rope/twine all wrapped around the blades. The machine also started acting up the minute we turned it on, but then started working. We know they didn't fix it and lied to us. The lack of customer service is just unbelievable. I know we were more than patient (3 years!) and we did the right thing by returning their loaner, but they have a higher power to answer to.
