Another extremely poor experience with FedEx. This is the second time I've personally gone in and the manager has had me leave to change my package. First time was a paper carton that has hand holds on the side. I had completely taped over them. I have no fear of using a lot of tape!! She said they were still there and it's a no. She'd be happy to repack it for me for @$20. It was $8 worth of books. This time I had sold a very high end set of Nikes. Brown papered the box, completely taped it, label, taped the sticker label to make sure. She said no brown paper. I suggested she touch the brown paper. It ALL under the tape. Not good enough for her. Had to go home again to repack. I honestly think it's because I'm white that she hates me..... if I can, I'll never use FedEx ever!! read more

I like this location because they have a big parking lot and they also have a self drop-off bin if you already have a prepaid label.

I am a regular customer at this store, and always have a good experience. I often have things printed, and packages shipped, and it's always efficient, friendly, and fast. read more

Today a female employee was extremely rude to me in front of my wife for no reason. I went there to ship an item and the price given to me was a little higher than usual and I mentioned it was a bit high. She calls over another employee to verify the price then looks at me and says "See". I said "You didn't need a witness I was just asking a question" She says "I can't deal with this person" and walks away. The other employee who took care of me was nice and the cost was $20 less than she had initially told me it was. No need to be rude to your customers for asking a simple question especially when you are the one giving the wrong price. read more

Four separate encounters with four separate associates and they've all been EXCELLENT! Led by Alan, they've all been super friendly, helpful, and expedient. Honestly, I drive out of my way to visit this FedEx shipping center...they've packed my hard to ship items carefully and throughly. No issues whatsoever. I'll keep coming back because they've helped me tackle shipping headaches left and right. And as I write this review I see another store associate helping an elderly couple take some items to their car. Pretty much par for the course for this EXCELLENT FedEx shipping location. read more

Walking into any FedEx and the line is 15 people deep is never a good feeling. However I walked out of the store much quicker than expected after watching extremely pleasant employees coming out from behind the desk to assist customers to move things along as quickly as possible. Everyone was appropriately spaced apart, nobody squeezed in, And taken care of very quickly. The custom printing folks here have limited idea on how to help businesses use their service. The only guy who knows is Pete, the manager, but he's not there most of the time. What's worse, their attitude is horrible. Need training on customer service! read more

If you need something printed larger then 11x17. Don't waste your time. They are to busy even with the place empty to print anything for you in a timely manner. Something that literally takes seconds to print on basic paper and they tell you they don't have time to print it. Poor service . Won't be back and will let everyone know not to waste your time using there printing services read more

$17 to fax 9 pages!!! No consumables or material expense, domestic call costs them nothing, took one minute of their labor...I was speechless when I got the bill! On top of that, when I got home I noticed on the fax confirmation form that the guy who dialed the fax keyed in 800 instead of the 888 in my number...my personal information went to strangers and I got penalized $40 because my docs missed a 4pm cutoff. read more

Using a perfect box for shipping and was told i had to buy a $15 box because that was the proper way to ship the item. I had used FedEx for a while and i know you can't ship stuff on a bag so i use boxes and was told no horrible service read more

All I can say is ROSE ROSE ROSE!!! My brother and I came in on November 26 in the evening with 20 boxes to ship (5 more were shipped the next day too!), a few of which had to be disassembled due to tears, and re-packed in FedEx's boxes we purchased. While measuring and logging in each individual box, and while having at times to take care of other customers at the same, the information Rose entered the first time didn't save and she had to re-enter everything a second time. Rose handled everything with grace and incredible patience, generously permitting us to use the tape gun for the 3 or 4 boxes we had to put together, as well as using their big cart to schlep in all the boxes from the van parked in front. Thank you again, Rose, and thank you FedEx for having a great employee!!! She definitely deserves a bonus and/or raise!! read more

I went in on Tuesday night around a quarter to nine to print some files. I was having some issues trying to print so I went to ask for help. The only employee on staff at that time was incredibly rude and condescending. He seemed like he didn't want to be bothered and any question I asked was quickly dismissed. I left and ran up the road to Staples where they were more than happy to help me. I'll be taking my business there from here on out. If I could give 0 stars, I would. read more

Wow. My experience here was extremely awful. I arrived to the fedex kinkos to print many items for my wedding -- which I alerted the gentleman behind the counter was in a week. I picked out the paper I'd like and emailed the designs to the printing service email address. They told me that it would be done the next day. I called the next day. They said there was "an issue" but it would be complete the following day, and they would put a note on it that it was needed ASAP (hello! wedding! lol). So the third day I call again -- and no one has started the job, nor knows anything about it. The woman I spoke to on the phone complained about the organization of the store, that they were overloaded with work and no one was communicating, etc. I sympathize... but MAN DID I NEED MY PRINTED ITEMS!!! Ended up canceling the whole thing because of their utter incompetence and printed everything on my home printer. Do not go to them with anything time sensitive or important. Thank you! read more

For the record the stars should be a zero. My recent experience with Fedex customer service and fedex in Nanuet, NY was difficult and unnerving. My package was supposed to be delivered to my office but I changed the pickup to the Nanuet, NY office because I was on vacation. My package was supposed to arrive on 12/22. I called on 12/28 and was told it wasn't locatable and I would need to wait for an investigation. On 12/31 I received an email saying that my package was being sent back to the shipper because I didn't pick up my package at the Nanuet location. I called the Nanuet location and a woman named Humaira answered and immediately rerouted my call and didn't attempt to help me. I called right back and she picked up again and told me to hold. I hung up and called again and she says that I hung up and didn't try to wait. I held and was then connected to a guy who told me my package was there and that I could come that day before 4 to pick it up or it was going back to the shipper. I arrived around 1:30pm and had the misfortune of dealing with Humaira again. She rolled her eyes at me when I told her I was picking up my package and asked for 2 forms of ID and then says she can't release the package because my name doesn't match. She was difficult and unprofessional. I'm also not happy with her knowing my address either. Fedex has fallen and its no longer operating efficiently. I used to hold them with high regard and higher than UPS but they have definitely missed the bar on customer service. I don't see a future for Fedex in the 21st century if they continue to ignore their customers and deliver packages late and with no reason. read more

April 28th 2014 - completely understaffed, 2 customers waiting to ship simple prefilled ground packages. 1 customer waiting on printing approx 20mins. Managers busy taking conference calls with only 1 other employee on staff working on a print job what a mess. Not efficient read more

Don't use Fedex! First time using Fedex, they lost our package, horrible customer service, they don't care about you, and after over two months of dealing with them they only gave us a partial refund for the value of the package. Will not be using them again and they don't care that they have lost a customer. read more
