Very disappointing service for a UPS branded store. They seemingly cannot process cards and only packages, as I sent two cards in September and December 2024 and they were returned to me as undeliverable in June 2025, despite being addressed identically to packages that were delivered consistently throughout the year. Fast forward to 2026 and packages go missing without explanation other than to blame the delivery service which provides a photo as evidence of their delivery to the store. Upon calling, the manager could not even let me finish a sentence about why I was calling and kept cutting me off with "send your student back" even though my student had already filled out the missing package form. It just seems really unfortunate that a University this large, successful, and costly would allow this low level of customer service to occur. I fear sending further packages now, as I have stopped sending cards/letters due to the previous issues. Their latest response to the photo I sent proving delivery was "that's not our store. contact UM." Nothing else. Not even capital letters. Terrible customer service. read more

I am a student and the package system to students is outrageous. Sometimes I wait over two days past delivery for my package to be ready for pickup. And the system moves so slow. Worst part is sometimes you receive a package that might be in the wrong name or not have the right box number and even if it is traceable to you, they won't send you an email and let you know. You have to go get it out of their package jail and pay for it. Such a scam. Also the hours online are wrong which is extremely inconvenient. Just went to pick up at package at 3:45 on Sunday when they supposedly close at 4 and everything was locked up. Worst ups store ever. read more

I am giving this store 5 stars because I could not give it ten stars! We recently had a package sent to my son that was not delivered. I contacted the store and eventually start working with Mr. John Flemming who turn the the store upside down in a matter less than 24 hours to find my package. The package addressed incorrectly by the sender, but John was able to find the package and deliver it in a timely matter. John's professionalism was apparent in my entire encounter with him as he seems to have a complete inventory of all packages despite the large daily volume. I can not say more about my experience as once the issue was reported John was in constant contact until the issue was resolved. Thank you John! read more

I've had a package there for 4 days, when I first tried to pick it up they gave me a form and told me to come back the next day with the form. I come back the next day with the form (as soon as they open, no one else waiting for packages) and they then say they still need to look for the package and to come back in a few hours. There is no one else in the store and I don't understand why they couldn't look for it at that moment. The representative at the desk was quite rude and had no care that I've been waiting days for a very important package. I tried calling on the phone as well to explain the situation and the person on the phone was not helpful and rude as well. Very disappointing and frustrating. read more

I would give it a zero if could. I did their summer storage and they just failed to deliver any of my things without explanation/warning after confirming the day of that it would be delivered (something I paid extra for). I now have to stay in a raw dorm with nothing in it except a suitcase because on top of that, I didn't find out they didn't deliver anything until after they closed. Also the workers are hit or miss when it comes to helping you. The man we talked to sounded like he had no idea what he was doing. Would not recommend. read more

This UPS Store offers terrible service. Being a student at the University of Miami, I was very excited to see that a UPS Store was on campus. I was expecting shipping in and out of the store to be an easy process that wouldn't yield any problems. I was wrong. I've had packages shipped to this UPS Store over 10 times in the past few years here at this school, and not once was receiving my package an easy task. Over half of the time, the packages I've had delivered here get "lost" or "misplaced," and the customer service sucks. I've lost $100+ worth of school supplies and other items because of the terrible services provided by this location. When I've tried to get refunded or otherwise compensated for these lost items, I've always been told to wait and that a call would be returned when they've found the items. They NEVER return the call and NEVER found any of the items that they themselves admitted to losing. I would recommend taking your shipping needs to any other place but this UPS Store, because you WILL be losing your packages and your time and effort in trying to get them found. read more
