Really not sure why they have bad reviews...I go a lot and the service is great. They're very helpful and give plenty of options.

Do not return to Amazon from here site says drop off no box to some locations here I was charged 13.00 for a 2 nd box for my return was already in a box. Uggggg.... horrible all around. I live in an apartment and they could have dropped the box off w management. Instead there was a note on the elevator for packages for people and it was so sloppy I couldn't read the numbers... I wasn't really expecting anything so I move on. My niece send my daughter a valentines present and about 3 days latter asked if we received it, no I said but I will check with the apartment. They didn't have it so I had my sister in law look up the tracking number. She said the box was in coral gables. So I go to the ups store on hwy 1. The girl was soooooo unfriendly....Didn't even smile..... and mumbled that it was at this other store called down stairs which is actually a convenient shop. Ya I finally got that package but will never ever use UPS again. Regular old mail wayyyyyy better. I don't usually write bad reviews but this was just Bad!!!! My two cents..... read more

To repeat: Almost NEVER opens on schedule. I'm talking about 30-60 minutes late. And like many other customers experience...HORRIBLE customer service and an attitude coming from the staff. COMPLETELY FALSE that i return minutes after to the location, i went for a pick up not for a return.... so you are confusing me with another client..... Your employee was NOT explaining me ANYTHING. He told me im not going to explain you you don't understand. He was not giving me any answer. They must be high for what they wanna charge and on top of the assault on your wallet they're not the friendliest to deal with either. I will ship these dishes myself. I will give zero star if there is an option. Do not choice here if you can. I drop-off two packages with printed label. I have been charged $1 per package for tape service. They just close a well packed package and put the pre-printed label on. I never see this type of charge before at any store include UPS. There is nothing wrong to pay a new added service charge. The problem is that I am not be informed for the charge before the service. If they told me before tape the label, I will buy a roll of tape at CVS with in a minute and do by myself. The man who provide the service is very unprofessional without UPS uniform. I don't why he is three. Now I just hope my package is safe and no future cooperation. read more

I came here because I had to ship a priority overnight package (I had issues with my work laptop that required immediate maintenance). I received an email an hour or two after returning from the store which said that my shipment had been edited such that my package would not be arriving until much later than had been agreed upon. I contacted the store and they told me that they had forgotten to include the insurance information so they had to redo my order but they assured me that it would arrive on time. This was a blatant lie. They actually had mistakenly shipped my package via ground transit. They told me they were sorry but there was nothing they could do to intercept it. I understand that mistakes can happen but this level of incompetence is completely unacceptable when you're paying almost 200 dollars to ship something. When I went in to get my money back, they took me in the back room to explain the situation (presumably so other customers in the store would not hear how badly they had screwed up). I was only given payment to make up for the difference between priority overnight and ground shipping. They gave me no compensation whatsoever despite making me miss multiple deadlines and screwing me out of being able to work. Stay away from this store and these idiots. read more
