Best. Service. Ever. I needed to mail a time sensitive document, but didn't make it in time to USPS. Scrambling, I went to the nearest UPS Store, but their last shipment had just left for the day. I called this UPS Store, let them know what I wanted to do and asked if their shipment had left for the day. The kind gentleman on the other line informed me that the driver was arriving at any minute to pick up the day's packages. I was an exit away and told him I could be there in ten minutes. Five minutes later, I received a call back from the UPS Store. A sweet lady called to let me know that their driver had just arrived. She confirmed what I wanted to do and let me know that she would ask him to wait for me. I couldn't believe it! I was literally blown away by her kindness. I thanked her and drove as fast (yet safely) as I could. When I arrived, the driver was inside talking with the staff. I thanked them all for waiting. The sweet lady I was just on the phone with helped me right away. Turns out, they couldn't even send my document with the driver because the recipient has a PO Box. I had no idea this was a rule. I felt terrible. I couldn't thank them enough for waiting. She was still able to help me mail my document in a timely manner. I'm definitely coming back to this UPS Store. The world needs more people like the staff at this store! read more

We went there for Notary Services at 6:25p (The store closes at 7 PM) and we were advised that they stop doing notary services at 5:30p. When we asked to talk to the manager, the employee went back to let the him know that we wanted to speak to him and we were told 'No' he is not going to come and speak to us. Horrible customer service! Would highly recommend if using this location to call ahead of time to make sure they are actually going to perform services before making the trip there. It seems they make their own rules on the fly and do not perform everything advertised within the store operating hours. read more

At the beginning of November I mailed a package back at the UPS on Bethelview (Publix shopping center)- I opted for the cheaper shipping time which was still almost $20. It took almost 1 1/2 weeks for this item to reach the destination after I was informed it would take 4 days- half of that time was due to the package going from Georgia to PENNSYLVANIA back to Buford, Georgia and then to NYC. Today I called customer service to see if this was eligible for any partial refund due to the service not being what I was initially advised as far as a timeframe .. they directed me to the store. I was greeted in a rushed manor by a mid aged man as he tapped the sign that said it wasn't guaranteed unless overnight shipping... which was NEVER there before... he proceeded to say "well it got there right? Customer service puts the burden on the store, it's nothing that we are concerned about"... shockingly, I asked if he was the manager and he said "no, the owner".... I'm amazed at this level of disservice in our own community. I don't expect the refund but this is what customer service advised me - and at the holiday season, I'll no longer be patronizing this UPS location. read more

Dismissive, unhelpful service with an Amazon return. I came in 3 SEPARATE TIMES to try and return an item and was told each time that I did something wrong and they couldn't accept the return for a different reason each time. Despite being turned away and told that there was nothing they could do and to contact amazon, they marked my return as accepted despite not having the item and now I am unable to get a refund because Amazon never received the item. Very dissatisfied and will not be returning any other Amazon items here. read more

This is a horrible store. I ship packages for my business and this store damaged them. When my customers received the items, they were basically destroyed. I used a different UPS store on the same day and those packages arrived in tact and they were all packed the same way. It seems they damaged my items intentionally. I will never use them again. read more

Store #6159 has the worst customer service. I went in today to get a UPS Pak to ship my items overnight. I know this UPS Pak envelope is free to the store and the owner refused to give me this envelope. She and her husband are RUDE and I will never do business with them. They missed out on 10 overnight packages and shipping charges from me today. It's ridiculous that they wouldn't allow me a FREE SUPPLY to ship my items. I will never do business with them again and recommend that others go elsewhere (the one near Hwy 20 / Bethelview has excellent customer service). read more

The UPS store at 5485 Bethelview Rd, Suite 360 Cumming, GA 30041 demonstrated the worst customer service I have every experienced. I didn't even want to give them one star. They are a terrible reflection of the brand. The hours posted on their door state they close at 7pm however the owner's daughter locked the door at 6:45pm. When a customer opened the door for me, he was yelled at by the owner and her daughter. I was also told they were closed and I needed to leave. I told them the hours posted stated otherwise. They also yelled at all customers in the building to not allow anyone to open the door. A couple came at 6:50pm with a few boxes and we were all told to not open the door for them. The owner and her daughter were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I decided to leave and send my packages at another UPS store. read more

This store is a rip off. They are crooks! I went there because it is close to my home but not worth it. I had to ship an unusual sized item but it only weighed 10 pounds - for shipping and packing they charged me $111. I thought that was kind of high but needed to get the item shipped. I had the identical item to ship again went to a different UPS store I was only charged $76 for the exact same thing. Boy was I mad. Don't go there, go to the Shipping Post in Cumming off exit 14. Not only are they nicer but their prices are much more reasonable. read more

Went in last week to return items to Amazon - got the tracking numbers for both and a week later UPS is showing neither package was picked up. I called the store today and was told that there are no packages there by a very rude woman who told me to contact Amazon. I will never use this store again and plan on reporting this store directly to UPS for non compliance of shipment. I have also contacted Amazon and reported them as well. Hoping to somehow get my refund of $40 on the items someday although I doubt it. read more

We have been using this facility for going on four years. We love everyone that works there. We always know our mail is safe (they are so good at getting signatures!) and anytime we need something special they go out of their way to make sure we get it. Couldn't think of a single way they could improve. My only guess as to why there is bad feedback here is just impatient, rude and likely bigoted people. read more

This is an update of how this UPS store handled my previous complaint about 2 weeks ago RE: overnight mail of an important document that turned 2 days. After all the inconveniences and delay that we had to endure the owner stepped up in behalf of UPS to refund what I paid for an overnight shipping. During the time that I was going back and forth with UPS customer svc and their twitter service , the owner of this store graciously assisted me in following up and locating my mail by personally calling their "support hotline". Although, I wasnt satisfied with how UPS Dallas handled our issue but I can tell that this local store owner was sincere in trying to resolve our complaint as quick as possible. I just hope that the UPS Mgmt will provide more support and access for their local store owners. I feel that this kind of owners should be commended and valued since they are the company's frontline and represents them as one of their problem solvers.
