--Location/Parking-- Located in a shopping center on the corner of Mansell and Alpharetta. Plenty of parking, but difficult to exit on the Alpharetta side. Plenty of parking on the Mansell side of the road. I don't recommend parking on the parking in front of the store because of the amount of traffic. --Ambience-- Printing/copying and work area right when you enter. Mailboxes along the right side of the wall. Cashiers are on the right side near the mailboxes. Tight but efficient. --Service/Staff-- Ever staff was helpful in packing my items. They prefer to not let you touch the tape, which worked for me because they were the experts in packing. Good value on not having to pack your own items, which I recommend not to do before hand. --Products/Service-- Various services from mailing to packing to Amazon returns. All in one shop. --Capacity-- Indoors space can be very tight. I say no more than 12 people they customers will have to start waiting outside. --Overall-- Great in and out for Amazon returns, my only grip is the line since I feel two people are not enough but for the space and traffic I cannot see adding more employees would help. I had an item shipped beginning of November, was suppose to be delivered in 4 business day . Package never got delivered, i reached out twice and was told to wait 7 business days twice to process the information . Called back in December, their offered me approximately $113 for covering fee when i told them the item is a keyfob and cost about $275. They tried to say that i didnt have coverage , when it was never offered . And now i have to have another Fob cut for the client i initially had it sent. Seriously the worst of the 4 local UPS stores. No acknowledgement when you enter or are waiting. 4 people clocked in but only one register working and no effort to get started with second customer. One employee literally leaning on the counter...at least greet or apologize for the wait instead of standing there. It seems the owner/manager needs control over everything and doesn't trust the crew to operate without him. Also, I pointed out an error and they shrugged and offered no apology. I very rarely leave reviews but honestly this UPS store has the worst customer service of any of the local ones I've gone to. As a fellow franchise owner (different product) you may want to train your employees into knowing that a "what up?" is not an appropriate greeting for customers when they walk up to the register, that they don't need to be on social media while you're trying to process a transaction, and that they don't need to be palpably annoyed by their job and visibly bothered by all customers, and making sure customers know this by throwing returns and items down hard and being unwilling to help at large. Listen and watch your own security footage and retrain. read more

I came in with about six items that needed to be returned through UPS. I asked the woman for help and she just pointed to the self-service. I told her I'd rather wait for her to help me as I have a number of different packages and she just ignored me. This was the worst UPS experience I've ever had. They did not have time for me and took other customers while I was still being served which put me behind. Then, as I asked him to please, let's wrap it up they were rude and kept telling me what I did wrong. Do not go to the store. Then I said please can we wrap this up I need to go. Terrible customer service. My husband had to ship a box using his employer's UPS account. He was told they couldn't do that at the store, even though we have both shipped with UPS accounts at a UPS Store before. They sent him to a "hub" where he waited for 30 minutes and then was told it would be another 30 minutes until they could get to him (upon which the drop off time would have passed). Really bad services, it suppose to know about basic printing software, but they didn't help me to print my business cards, and once I went back with the file (because they made me do changes on it) they said is too less amount of business cards (I was looking for 200) to print. Do NOT visit this awful location! There are SO many other UPS stores around the Alpharetta/Roswell area at which the employees (and managers) are actually competent. Went here on Thursday of last week to drop off three packages, all with prepaid labels, and was greeted by the NASTIEST prick who also happens to own this place (its a franchise store, btw). I'm pretty used to getting excellent service at most of the UPS stores in the area, and that includes the taping (and securing) of my boxes. This guy began ravaging me almost INSTANTLY when he found out that he'd have to probably be using his store's tape to seal my bags and boxes. Whenever I reminded him that this was actually part of the service, he tells me, "You're asking for FREE services, buddy! Not in my store." He then tosses my boxes and bags in the back area and storms off speaking HORRORS about me to his employees. I left the store with a terrible taste in my mouth on that day, so I decided to dial customer service, which, btw, is nonexistent, so don't even bother thinking anyone is even going to listen to you these days. I then called the store to get the information for their district manager, only to be cussed out by the same asshole who refused to tape my boxes! Though my nightmare did not end there! Today, I received one of the packages I dropped off on Thursday, BACK at my door and WITHOUT the original shipping label with which I originally dropped it off. This is absolutely disgusting on so many different levels and this guy should have his store shut down! I have never in my life been treated this way at any other respectable UPS store and I will from now on follow my instincts and go somewhere else. Stay far away from this pig pen! read more

First, there was only one employee working when I walked in. There were 3 other people in line. This was during the week before Christmas. 20 minutes later, the store owner walked in and started "helping." I was finally helped by the store owner after about 30 minutes. I had purchased a voucher from yelp however the store owner adamantly refused to accept the offer and was not apologetic. The customer service was minimal if not totally inexistent. Dropped my (Amazon return) package off at this store at 4 p.m. Asked for a sleeve for my printed label. The agent told me, he'd handle it. He asked if I needed a receipt. I told him that I didn't (I have an email copy of the label). I tracked the package this morning and it hasn't been scanned. So I went back into the store and was informed that since I didn't get a receipt, the package wasn't scanned. He assured me that it went out last night but won't get scanned until Kansas or a hub along the way. Since it's Saturday, it likely won't get scanned until some time Monday. Amazon refunds prime members the moment the return package is scanned so it's disappointing that the package wasn't scanned. I had another incident a couple weeks ago with this location. The owner "begged" me not to leave a bad review. It's a small business, he said. A review will hurt his business. What's hurting his business is the service he's providing.
