Very difficult to speak to anyone other than a call center phone operator…read more Had me jump through many preparation hoops, emphasizing on me being prepared, sending photos, double checking that someone would be off work and home at 10:00 AM. The cancelled 29 min before the schedule install. When I called to reschedule or speak to someone, it was as if I was bothering them. Likely a big national group using inexperienced and unreliable local companies that will only work you in around their "real" customers. I recommend sticking with BestBuy or another local company you know and trust.
