Love the people at this location and they do a great job when you are there. Unfortunately when I am in Arizona visiting family and I have an issue, their phone dumps me to the 800 number. I don't understand why they take so long, especially since they remodeled in the past year or so

Becky was very unprofessional and rude. I brought in 2 separate items to be returned to the merchant. I had my phone out to show her the barcodes and as I'm doing so she rudely said "I didn't order this I don't know what this mess is your returning!" It truly bothered me because I was helping someone who had just gotten out of the hospital return an item and Becky had no patience or customer service skills to let me finish speaking to show her which barcode went to which item. She only scanned one barcode not giving me a chance to show her the second barcode. It truly upset me because why do I have to be talked to any kind of way and disrespected? So I ended up walking out and just told the person I was returning the item for that I would pay for the items because I did not have it in me to be treated poorly and talked to any kind of way. I needed to get stuff printed, notarized, signed and faxed. They did it all!!! Becky was AMAZING! I was so stressed I missed a signature spot and she caught it and showed me! So I've been using a UPS store for a few years now but today when I went in to get something shipped, their prices have skyrocketed. They wanted me to pay over $30 to send an iPad mini when doing similar orders used to be around $12. Will be using USPS now whenever I need to send something. read more

I'm sure they are good for packing and shipping but do not trust for mailing. I had paid over $64 for a fax, copying, and mailing a Certified, Registered letter that was time sensitive and delay costing over $5,000.00 (WHY I paid extra to be sure it arrived in time). 2 weeks after they mailed the envelope, it came back to me with $9.00 postage due. I immediately took it back to the store in hopes they would make it right by putting a $9 stamp on it and sending overnight. Instead, they put a $4 + stamp on it. I pointed out that it clearly states $9 is owed but they insisted that USPS is wrong and would not clarify their reasoning. I took the envelope to the Post Office where they assured me that $9.00 was indeed the correct amount. read more

I'm going to have to agree with the first review, UPS is way over priced. It cost me $11.47 to send a certified letter in the mail. If you go to USPS it costs $6.70, I kind of felt robbed paying almost twice the amount for the same exact service. Unfortunately USPS was closed and UPS was conveniently nearby. My family and I had to print some baggage tags this morning before boarding a cruise. We showed up first thing at 9:00 am and were met by Miss Katie. She seriously needs a raise or promotion or something because she spent an hour helping us until we had everything we needed. We never would have got that kind of customer service back home. She was kind and patient with us which is more than anyone could ever hope for from an employee with the level stress there is in a store like that. This place is the worst UPS store I've ever had service with. My packages and mail is always missing. They poke through and pry into my packages. I always have complaints about always losing packages that are confirmed delivered and they never seem to care. Beware if you receive multiple packages, you'll always have missing packages. Never send anything important here because you will not receive it. Even when it's confirmed delivered with slips confirmMing delivery. I'm starting to suspect package theft. read more

buyers beware!!!! this store charged us $112.00 to ship a package in state ups ground shipping. we shipped the exact same pitem with the exact same services from the ups store in south carolina for $47.00 the only difference is the first store carged $30 shipping and $17 for the box and bubble wrap. this store charged $59.00 to box it and $53 to shp it. this shipment was in state and 200 mile closer. we asked to speak with the owner and the person on the phone said they "fly by night" which is an excellent description of how they run their business. we were basically told to go pound sand. do yourself and your budget a favor and pass this store by. read more

Imagine rushing one hour from Orlando after Christmas shopping to mail your package before Christmas, only to have it returned back to the office and find out by your grandma saying she never got it. I had to find out it was returned looking up through the tracking number. Felicia said she was going to call that she just received it. I'm glad I looked it up before I had to work in a couple hours so I can fix it, I had to paid another $20 shipping the package and it's super late, so all that rushing and paying for nothing. I mailed to 9 different address that day and I verbalized each one, but the employees keep misspelling, I had to correct 3 different address when I mailed that day. I missed the "building S" instead of "building 5" before I signed. What a nightmare! No compassion or empathy from this store. They charged me another $21 and acted like nothing happened showing no remorse. She just kept saying it's my fault so that they won't have to do anything to help me. I'm just glad the other packages made it. If you go to this store, ask for a receipt SHOWING THE ADDRESS in case you didn't catch it before. They will put the blame on you and take your money. What an awful thing to have my 80 year old grandma think I forgot about her. Then being double charged. Horrible experience. read more

Not to happy with my visit to this location today, I made several phone calls around to print a government form from an email address and was told that it would be cheaper that way since you don't have to use the internet and pay $3 xtra. And because I did it this way I would pay $10 per copy....so I get to place and she tried to say that I would have to pay the $3 but after some talking and being up what she said she dropped it and said that I would still have to pay internet copies with is $.50 per black copy.. don't like this 2 sided story last time going here. Take my almost $7 for 13 black white copies and run! read more

The woman working tried to charge me $50 to ship a pillow and two 5 inch ornaments. Went to the FedEx store on the speedway and they did it for $19.99. Was extremely aggravating because I asked her to show me the box they would use and she pulled out an 18x18x18 box. I was shocked and said that's way too big. I understand the ornaments are fragile so I'd be charged for that type of packing but that was just ridiculous. I won't be going back here. read more
