I was at this store Sunday 10/5/25. There were only 2 people in the store,a lady in front of me who finished her business and myself. I stood there will she and the guy behind the counter discussed local restaurants ! After awhile he must have seen the annoyance on my face and said "she is a customer too". This guy needs to work on his people skills. He could have taken care of me then continued his restaurant reviews with the woman !!! read more

GREAT service today at the NSB UPS Store. I needed several signs laminated. The UPS worker took his time and completed the task in an organized and complete manner. While I was waiting, there was an even flow of customers dropping off packages. They were all waited on in a timely manner with care and respect. read more

It's rare that I would ever need to utilize all the amenities from this type of business but there are those occasions - I am sure that when these UPS stores originally opened; accepting Amazon returns were never a consideration, so incorporating this into their business model is nothing less than genius in my opinion. I walked in and was immediately asked how they could assist me I presented the opened Amazon item I wanted to return without a box along with my QR code that I was given when I requested a return to Amazon - he scanned the code off my iPhone and thanked me for dropping it off, it was as if I had just spent a thousand dollars with them. The folks here are very friendly and accommodating and this location is close by - I hope I have an opportunity to do business here in the future... read more

What happened to the cool light rock music this store used to play? While I wait (always busy) it was nice to hear music I like, like Publix! Lately this store has been playing loud music that is in a different language, perhaps Indian. I feel like I'm not in the US. I love to travel but not via NSB to India. read more

Every time I've had to use this store location, as it is the only one in town, the staff has had the absolute worst attitude. They get smart with and talk down to customers every time I've been in there. Zero stars for customer service. read more

I use this facility about two or three times a month, and I am always greeted pleasantly and given quick and easy service.

Once again driving there as no one can answer the phone :-( Unfortunately it's a 45 min turn around for me so if they are unable to provide the service needed it will be a wasted trip. The answer is not on the web. . .sigh. read more

Went in to drop off an Amazon return. I had put scotch tape on it to close it up and instead of someone with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE telling me I needed to use shipping tape but not to worry they will take care of it for me today but next time make sure I use shipping tape, I was met by a rude associate with a major attitude, told me scotch tape is unacceptable and my package will probably get lost (basically telling me good luck) They said they would take it this time, I asked for a receipt of which they tore it off the printer and threw it down in front of me. I feel very unfortunate to have to write this review. I really want to support a local business. When I walked in, there were a few people in line. I started chatting with the person near me. We were actually kind of laughing and having a good time. All of a sudden I heard HELLLLLLOOOOO! Scream. And I mean scream. I jumped and turned around and it was the woman standing by the door that was scanning the Amazon packages. She said you have to pay attention so you can see who's next. We were having a good time, and she was going to ruin it. The person in front of me was paying attention to who was next. And I knew that. The employee laughed because she scared me. Could she possibly have waited till I wasn't paying attention if I was the next in line and somebody called for me and then scream? Why do a preemptive scream like that? Because she can and gets away with it. I understand that there have been numerous complaints about this person but nobody does anything. I tried calling the owners and the mailbox is full. Of course. UPDATE: it's been almost a month now since I contacted the owners using the email address below. I never heard back. So, the response was pretty, but that's about it, IMHO. read more

The owners are professional and friendly, and their service and information was precise- which made us confident our project would be well cared for. I dread having to go to this store. I really wish I had another option close by. Every time I go here it's a horrible experience. The staff last time stood around talking bad about co workers while I tried to print from their email site that they never pulled up but swore that they did without even taking the time to come look. After about 20 minutes they came over and all they had to say was" oh, it should have been signed into in the morning. Now you can print it" Never seen anything like it in my life. Update; just got back from there. Same exact thing!! Guy at desk said I didn't need a password to get into their computer. Twice he said it. Other staff came and said I DID need them to log in first and logged in so I could print from email. I just can't believe it. read more

The UPS store helped me out of a real bind when a family member passed and we were not able to travel to Florida due to coronavirus. I had over 12 large pieces of art to ship across country. She arranged for the items to be picked up in a van and have them delivered to a frame shop to remove the glass and then over to the store. Rita and Karen packed all the items. In less than a week everything arrived in perfect shape. They could not have been nicer and sensitive! read more

Employees are always rude. Told me I had to have my Amazon drop off wrapped and label on. Another time a young man waited on me couldn't be bothered. Once he printed label he threw across the counter. Other ups drop off locations take the package scan the bar code from Amazon and do the rest. This is what a ups drop off is supposed to do. If the employees and owner don't want to work they should close up shop. read more

You should be aware that their Notary charges $10/signature. Also, DO NOT make an appointment online. We made an appointment on Friday and our witnesses drove in an hour away and when we showed up at our appointment we were told "our Notary does not come in on Fridays"! They apologized by telling us they were having problems with their website as apparently this has happened before. read more

There was a shipment sent yesterday and was supposed to arrive today. The driver in S. FL didn't leave the box like usual. That box contained parts to fix a machine that has been down a while. Rita and Steven worked hard, made phone calls, and made sure my tech was able to pick up the parts he needed. Being a small business owner, they saved my butt today. Now my customer will be happy we are able to fix their outstanding problems. It just shows that they really look out for their customers. read more

Went in, said I'd like to return something, and before I knew it, the employee behind the counter put a label on my package and told me it would be over $18.00! I have returned similar items before using the US Post Office for HALF that. Never again. Way too expensive! read more
