I was then treated with disdain while my business was handled. My wife immediately commented on it as we left. Bad customer service is bad enough. Requiring fully vaccinated people to wear masks while displaying a sign that reads "Local Order: Masks Required" is worse. I verified with the City of Green Bay AND Brown County Health Department that no such order exists. Apparently the "local" store owner and/or manager is a mask fanatic, and wants you to think the government is making them make you wear one, instead of owning up to their position. Avoid like the plague (pun intended).

It is a tiny location like most UPS stores but they are quick and efficient and get the job done. They are down the street from the courthouse which is very helpful. I've always been greeted with a friendly smile, and never had a problem with getting my packages. One time the employee was nice enough to carry one of the heavier boxes to my car. A simple gesture that makes me continue coming here.
