I have had to use their faxing and copying services. It is very economical and customer service is great.

I've never had any problems with this usps store and never had a wait more than a few minutes. I have primarily used the store to return amazon items but it appears they also have fax/copying/ and scanning if you ever need that. They also have a notary I have used but you have to call in advance for the hours. The store is in a strip mall by the jewel and convenient for a quick stop. read more

I called this store with my fingers crossed because I needed a large poster printed immediately and all the other print shops gave me a 4 day turn around. Whoever answered the phone connected me to Dawn in the print department. I let Dawn know that I needed this poster printed before noon. Not only was it ready before noon but she adjusted the file for me and MOUNTED the poster on foam core so it wouldn't fall off of my tripod! Best experience ever! I returned something from Amazon and they charged me $28.00 for a box to ship something that was 5lbs. The shipping was paid for by amazon but $28.00 for a box what a rip off. Not impressed at all by the service. read more

If I can give zero stars I would, the older lady with glasses is a complete c%#t... she was being very rude to the people before me and i bit my tongue I proceeded to the other lady and she jumped into my transaction and started being rude to me as well. She has a bad attitude problem and needs to not work there if she is going to be talking to people like that. I'm surprised the people before me did not say anything cause she was way ruder to them and when they left he employees went on to talk about them and say they were lying about making a phone call to another location this sucks for me cause I live across the street but I will never go in that place again. read more

Contrary to the other reviews, service has always been great. The staff has been friendly and efficient. One example, I wanted to ship a very small item to a cousin in rural PA. The clerk checked the pricing and advised that due to the location that it would be a very high amount, and suggested that t use the USPS. I did so and she was correct, saving me about $30. No one should ever use this UPS location on Joliet St. in Dyer, IN. From my experience and the other reviews posted, sounds like they are price gouging their customers. My mother shipped a box to me that was less than 4 lbs with a small pillow in it and they charged her $45. I believe their are taking advantage of people and they are crooks. My mother shipped a box from that location to me in California and it took almost two weeks to get to me. When i called UPS 800 number to inquire as to why the tracking would say "out for delivery" and then at end of the day with not receiving the package it was back to "being rescanned", i was told that the zip code was entered incorrectly by their clerk, even though the box and paper work had the correct zip code. I will also be reporting this business to the BBB and Dyer Chamber of Commerce. read more

I've had a mail box here for almost three years now. The service had always been great until they opened up the printing and graphic arts services. There is always a gaggle of teenagers standing around, doing nothing, and making fun of customers as they come and go. I feel so uncomfortable going in there, that most of my mail and packages are now delivered elsewhere. read more
