Her professionalism, energy and bubbly personality was engaging with every guest that came in, including a package handler. It's challenging to be met in a dismissive and not so kind way when seeking answers that may already come with a level of anxiety and/or confusion. Also, connecting to the Starbucks wi-fi isn't the strongest when trying to print and/or obtain documents. But if it's not public wi-fi in the establishment, understandable.
