The packers were quick and careful (big thanks to Saul and Johnny who spent a few long days dealing with us!). And when we had an issue with the other assigned shipper, International reacted quickly and adjusted the plan to maintain my family's moving timeline. Incredible service. I wish these great people were our movers for all our other moves (which totally sucked).

Finally at 10:30 they rolled up. One man came down and started disassembling a desk only for the OWNER to walk in & say we needed to disassemble it so his worker can get more done. He then went back to his truck & left ONE worker working alone. I said we paid for a 2 man crew. Owner then came inside to say they were leaving because another one of their trucks broke down and maybe he can move us next week! They were here 20 minutes tops & did nothing but take out 2 screws from a desk! We needed to move out that day & they did not care. What an absolute waste because at that point no one had availability to move us that day. This is the absolute worst company to do business with!! Cheaper is not always better!!

They efficiently moved/loaded/transported/unloaded everything. We could tell they'd been doing this a while. This is the first time using this company and the first time we didn't have something damaged. There was a bit of confusion about the size of the truck, but mgt listened to our concern.

Reported they lost cover to recliner, and damaged my dresser and all I received was "our apologies" When they sent email requesting review and it was not what they wanted suddenly "technical difficulty". BTW if you do not purchase insurance, they make sure you'll regret it. I purchased it the 1st 2 times and the third, I did regret it.

Plus, we were charged closely to what was originally quoted. They are excellent at communicating every step of the way, too. They made sure they packed every single item we wanted, as well as made sure to unpack and place everything correctly at our new home. They bring their own wrapping stuff and blankets to protect furniture during transportation. And, no, they didn't take off with a truckload of our belongings, like they allegedly did according to that recent 1 star rating. That sounds pretty outlandish and stupid, in my opinion.
