    Rude customer service and left on hold for over 30 minutes. When I called back five times, they did not answer. They didn't help me at all.

I'm a small business owner and I drop packages off packed and labeled, so they only receive a fee from UPS for scanning my package. I drop off 3-4 times a week, and have done so for at least a decade. Today, I dropped off one of my regular packages, a tuck and fold shipping box. I usually tape the folded in area, but had missed taping this one. I needed a ONE INCH piece of tape, and asked if they could help. It was a $1 charge for them to "tape" the package. This UPS location is very close by and today I didn't grab my wallet on the way out the door. I did not have one Dollar for a one inch piece of tape. They stood firm on the $1 charge, absolutely would not just put a small piece of tape on my self closing box. I completely understand charging $1 to tape a box. I would be THRILLED to pay $1 for them to tape up a regular box, one with 4 flaps. But this was a tuck and fold shipping box, they see me there several times a week, and it wouldn't have cost them one full cent to add a one inch piece of tape for me. I believe they receive $0.50 to scan every one of my boxes, so they don't make much money on me. But they have lost more than $1 on me, tomorrow alone, not to mention the holiday season. I will use the nearby UPS drop box from now on, or use USPS. Employee turnover is a good way to gauge any business/management team, and the turnover of employees at this location is high, so between that and reading these reviews, this location proves itself to be run by someone who has no idea how to run a team or maintain a customer base. It wasn't worth the loss of One Dollar to get me to write this review...or all the other One Dollar negative reviews! Check your losses UPS Des Peres!

He specifically chose Pleats because their website says they are open on Saturdays from 10am - 2pm, and he knew he would need to pick up the suit the same day as the wedding (on a Saturday) because we had been out of town. Their website AND Google listing said they were open on Saturdays. Lo and behold, he gets there Saturday morning at 10am sharp, and they are closed. Multiple other people arrived to drop off clothes because they were also under the impression that they were open. My husband ended up having to go to three suit stores to try to find a similar suit (he was a groomsman) and spent $350 on a new suit. The suit did not match perfectly and he looks out of place in the wedding photos. He also missed the groomsmen lunch. It was an extremely stressful morning to say the least. I also looked at the reviews, and the owner was aware that the site is incorrect and didn't bother to change it! It has been a month since this occurred, and the hours are still not updated. We contacted the store, and they said that the hours are correct on desktop, but not on mobile devices. I would say that the majority of people looking into the hours for a store are probably doing so on their phone. We requested a reimbursement for the suit and they declined. Horrible, horrible service, especially considering they knew their hours were misrepresented before this even happened to us and they had an opportunity to correct them. Will never, ever go here again.
