There are super fast, friendly. They value my time by doing thing super efficient. When I go there there is always someone there to greed you and I only had to wait seconds instead of minutes. I'm really surprised how good this store is. Keep it up UPS people! read more

I ship out 600-700 item a month for my business. This includes many UPS packages. This branch is always a problem as the owners are surely and not helpful. It is the closest branch to my house, so I go her 3-4 a week. The employees they hire are great, but there is always a ton of turn over. No one stays long. I would give it 3 stars for an average location and the staff that shows up, but the owner should not be running a business that deals with people. Not once has he said hello, can I help you or even thank you. Tonight I parked with a truck load of packages. I walked in the back door, with no packages and knew the service was going to be awful when I saw the owner there. I waiting for a couple of minutes to ask if it was ok to use the back door, him and the older women did not say one thing to me. Not even "just a minute". So while waiting I start grabbing the packages and started bringing them in. Once again, not a hello, thanks you, can I help you or let me get the door. The owner just berates be for using the back door and "he takes lots of pride in his store" and its " an insure liability" he continues berating me. The women started scanning the packages while he just goes off. This guy does not know how you run a business. I will never go to this location again and will shift some of my business back to USPS and Fed Ex. Next time my UPS sales rep calls I let her know why I am not shipping as much with UPS. read more

This is one of my near by UPS stores. It's in the outskirts of down town Elmhurst. There is plenty's of parking on the street and around the corner of the store is a south parking lot. The place is clean and organized They had enough staff during Covid19 and they were practicing social distancing. Their staff if friendly and I didn't feel rushed. Their store hours are open longer than other ups stores near me which I often need to go later after work. Overall this is a good location to do your shipments. read more

This UPS store is a total disappointment. Go elsewhere! Its staff recommended that I spend $70 to send a package "3 day guaranteed"; after it took 7 days, the owner rudely announced that there are no guarantees while also declining to refund the extra money her staff charged for this nonexistent guarantee. If this is how a repeat customer is treated, you can only imagine how badly you will be treated. Other reviews have described the owners as "surly"; that is too kind. I got there right after they closed in order to try and get a package out before having to wait for the weekend. They opened the doors, let me in and stayed an extra 10 minutes. In a world where most people would say "we're closed, come back tomorrow"- they opened up their doors and took care of me. I appreciate the community and family atmosphere. read more

I sent my grandmother on a (Monday) medical forms along with a money order to pay for her doctor's visit. Her envelope was suppose to arrive by Thursday. I tracked the package which stated, a review of the address or apartment # is necessary. Not necessary bc this address is legit. However, my grandmother had surveillance video of the UPS truck turning around in her driveway and exiting. Never taking a moment to knock on her door. I contacted UPS & advised them of the incident. They basically said oops.. The following day the envelope was delivered, but to a different address and name?? When i contacted the UPS store and advised of them of this error. i noticed they separated themselves from the ground delivery driver and related, i could attempt to put in for a refund but i won't get it bc there's no guarantee my envelope would ever really be delivered. I am out $150, my grandmother's medical documents, and no other options to help my grandmother. Please save your money and gamble with the postal service bc it's not worth losing this much. i gave them 2 stars bc the employees were kind despite being unable to help. Regrettably read more

I used the same UPS store in a different town for 25 years and never had a problem. Ever. Not even the owner knows how to ship a package. 5 days isnt considered extended time by other UPS stores and I havent had a problem with any of the numerous UPS across the nation holding a package 1to 5 days. Drove by and saw it said "we print" in the window. Pulled over and ran in with my little zip drive to have some brochures printed. Two-sided color trifold brochures. While at first I thought the price seemed a little high, I needed it done so I went for it. The store manager, I believe his name was Rodger, was extremely helpful in getting them printed - and folded also which was a BONUS! He had to play around with it a bit because one side was printing upside down, which had I tried to print myself I would not have known how to fix that. Was very glad he was so patient and took care of it for me. All in all an excellent experience, and I left there not feeling like I paid too much at all... Was very happy with it. I came in needing a flyer printed for an event and the employee noticed (I did not) that there was a piece of crucial information missing from the flyer. Rather than sending me home, the employee went into the back and added in the missing information and then proceeded to print me copies of the flyer. He made my mistake so easy to fix.
