I came here straight after work and I was grateful that they were still open. The employee even helped me operate the self serve copier which was really awesome service. Their prices are competitive as well and the cost to print black and white documents are about the same as other office stores.

Upon arriving the lady was busy with one of the machines, she just looked up as I said hi and kept doing what she was doing until she finished. Her tone was extremely rude as she described that the envelope is express Mail but the label is ground. I wouldn't mind changing it if she let me. She was almost yelling in my face. She said "If our driver lost your package, it would not be our fault since you packaged it this way". I mean how can you say that. She could just let me repackage it but instead just took the package and gave me the receipt. I was stunned at the experience. I have never had such a horrible experience. Not even time to correct it. I mean if you had a bad day I get it, everyone does sometimes but that's no reason to be that rude.

They directed me to get back in my car and drive around the back. The guy tested each piece and weighed it. Then gave me a receipt and I went into a small room with an ATM and directions.
