I retract almost every nice thing I previously said about this UPS location. Apparently their staff members who are notaries have no idea what they're doing and lack training. The young man who notarized my important legal documents also signed as a witness - big NO NO. Thus, causing my $35 in overnight shipping to be a complete waste as my lawyer had to resend me the docs to get them signed by a 3rd person. When I found out about their mistake and what it meant for my legalities, I immediately called the store. Out of about 10 calls placed, only once did a staff member answer the phone. When they did, I left a message for the manager to call me that day. She never did. The next day, same proces... call repeatedly, only speak to an employee once but no manager there, leave more messages to return my call. Finally, late in the afternoon, a manager did call me back. When I told her what happened, she was apologetic and said that the staff were trained but that she would review procedures with them so that it wouldn't happen again. When I explained that the docs were having to be mailed back to me and I would have to overnight them yet again, she apologized and told me she'd "give me a good discount". Um, NO. Unless "give good discount" means FREE, you've lost your mind! Your store's mistake should NOT cost me another $35 ontop of lost time, money and aggravation. After holding firm, she did finally consent and came through with that promise later when I dropped off the docs. In the end, this was too much of a hassle for me to ever come running back here. Not with a ton of other UPS stores in the area AND a FedEx shipping store in the same shopping center!! read more

This is the worst ups store! Customer service is terrible and very rude people working there. I went to pick up my package because I had an email notification letting me know my package was there, when I went to pick it up the guy gave me a huge attitude saying it's not here and doesnt know where it is..I asked if I could speak to someone else because his attitude was so nasty..then a woman came out and started raising her voice at me at which I told her she didnt need to yell at me because I understand English perfectly and can hear just fine. They continued to scream and yell and told me to get the hell out of their store. Definitely do not reccomend this store, they will not give you any information and say that your package is not there even though u are notified that it is! I wouldnt even give it one star but I am forced to just to get my experience out there. read more

Dropped off a few packages here and it was pretty easy breezy. Small shop that appears to be getting the job done. The young woman who helped me did so with a smile and without yelling at me for taping over the labels so that her scanner would not read them. Conveniently located for me while at work, so no doubt I will be returning in the future read more

Don't take your US Postal return service items to be picked up here! Even with a tracking label on the package I am still trying to "track" down a package I was returning. After three weeks dropping it off at the store-it has yet to be delivered to the retailer. I dropped it off not realizing it was a US Postal tracking label. "No problem," the man at the counter said-"Take a picture of the tracking label" and we can get it out. I didn't realize that it would not get picked up til weeks later. Meanwhile the items which I thought I mailed out the day after I received them-- so as to return them prior to the 30 days return time frame, have yet to be received by the retailer. Do your self a favor--go directly to the post office to drop it off! read more

I really like this store and its been many years I go to this store the employees and the manager is very knowledgeable and helpful always, everytime I go there I feel important from their great customer service they always save my package and never had problem with them. Nice employee taped my Amazon.com return and gave me a receipt along with a friendly smile...who knew?! 2013- Sang Kim's UPS Store has been very kind when I drop off Amazon packages that are being returned. The people behind the counter are always friendly and ask if I would like a receipt. I have been to other UPS Stores where they wanted to charge me for the tape they are using to tape the box closed-RUDE! (Amazon is paying them for the return shipping). I will use this UPS Store for shipping things in the future. They have a great greeting card selection too! read more

I had six small photos to scan. The owner insisted that I scan them in six different files. Had I known that each scan cost $5 (absurd!), I would not have had the photos scanned to begin with; however, it sickens me to know that what cost me $30 could have been done in a manner that would have cost $5 or $10 by placing multiple photos on the screen to scan at once. I left a complaint with the UPS Store/Mailboxes Etc. customer service line to document the incident. Today I received a phone call from the owner. Instead of acknowledging my complaint, he continued to try to justify his actions and explain to me why I was in the wrong and why I should not have left a complaint. He did not listen to me and cut me off several times. The last thing I wanted was to hear from him again, let alone to be spoken to in such a manner. Overall, ridiculously high prices and a rude, dishonest owner. If you're in need of scanning or other printing services, do yourself a favor and consider other locations. A CD of scanned files -- no matter the number -- at CVS costs $3.49. I'll know for next time. read more

I have been a member of this UPS Store since 2009. When I first started I did not like the owners. But then this Asian dude named Sang bought this business and I love it more now. His customer service is amazing! He always makes sure his customers are happy and is very professional! read more

I wish I could give this store zero stars. I went there to pick up a very important package only to find out they'd sent it back. Fine. I understand that they have limits on the amount of time that they can hold a package. However, when I asked how to find my package, the woman working there, Salome, just shrugged her shoulders and was not even willing to look it up and help me get it re-routed. She just brushed me aside like it wasn't her problem. After calling the company from which I ordered the package, I found out that UPS could have easily located it and rerouted it from their store, but this UPS store worker was simply too lazy, apathetic, and unhelpful to do it. There weren't even that many customers in the store at the time, so it wasn't that she was rushed and just wanted to get me out of the way, not that that's acceptable either. She could've taken five minutes to help me, but she refused. Absolutely terrible customer service. I see that other customers have complained about this exact same worker using the words "rude, condescending, and unhelpful;" that's her to a T. And I'm willing to drive well out of my way to go to a different UPS store because of how awful her customer service is. read more

This is an excellent UPS Store. The Manager is very pleasant and provides excellent service not only during normal business days but also during Holidays when things get hectic. I have almost always received prompt attention and a greeting when I enter the store. The staff is friendly and the management almost always take care of any special requests I may have. All my packages have been delivered on time and all packages sent out get a receipt. I also have a mail box with this store and my mail is delivered promptly without any delays. I wish all my other shopping experiences were as seamless as this store. Please ignore the negative ratings given by other customers and do business here with FULL confidence. A package was delivered to the store containing a lifesaving medical device and apparently not checked in to the system properly. Mistakes happen, I get that, but these folks couldn't be bothered to look at the packages they had in the store to verify whether it was really there. This lack of customer service resulted in me being on the phone with UPS for at least two hours and my husband wasting an hour of his time driving all over town to find the package. At no time did the employee apologize for anything. She just blamed the driver. I don't plan on using this store again unless it's absolutely necessary! read more

I usually have a good experience, however this time I got a receptionist named Salome, who was so rude, unhelpful and completely condescending. I left utterly disgusted with the treatment.
