Had a walk-in fingerprint scan and it went great! Sean was the one who helped me out and he was able to produce high quality prints. Their service cost $40 on top of the governmental fees, which was, in my opinion, a great value. Being my local UPS store and preferred Amazon return method, I frequent this location often. My most recent reason for visiting, was I needed a live scan, for a job I was eager to start. The company that hired me offered two other live scan companies as options. Both were closed on Sundays... And the one that was open on Saturdays, closed at 1pm. (I learned at 1230pm on Saturday) Knowing UPS offers live scans, I called to see if they hopefully had any appointments available. Melika answered the phone when I called. I appreciated her professionalism and her patience and answering all of my questions as well as setting my appointment with Sean for services same day. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by Samuel, who was helping another customer at the cash register. This UPS store is quite impressive. It's different from a typical UPS store I visited before. It's busy with very positive energy. Sean is quite a funny and helpful guy. He apparently enjoys running the business. For 20 minutes there, Sean literally knows what's going on the every part of the store. The store owner is very nice and helpful. I go there for all of my shipping return and notary needs. It seems like they really know what they are doing. I had to return a second time for a notary process and he didn't even charge me because of it. It really shows the kindness and generosity of the store owner. One of the worst UPS stores I've ever been to. The guy is super aggressive and rude. Not welcoming or nice or helpful in any way, shape or form. He seems totally irritated that you're in his store and using his services. Each and every time I visit the store with myself or my partner, he has been rude, short and standoffish to us and others. He has two parking spots in the front that are blocked off with cones saying for customers, but there's no way any customers could park there because you would have to get out and move the cones and no one's going do that because he's so aggressive so they're always blocked and open. I would go to another UPS store if you can; there's a great one on Lake Forest. read more

I went in to The UPS Store today even though I didn't think I would return here again. I am glad I did. I'll be using The UPS Store in Foothill Ranch moving forward. I had to do an Amazon drop off return which is very easy to do yourself. I had one other item though, that needed a label to be printed and boxed. I wasn't sure how to go about it since I typically do returns without a need for a box or label. I was greeted and helped by, Sean. He was so kind to me. He tried to crack a joke but I was a too bit slow this afternoon and didn't get it the joke. It flew way over my head, embarrassingly high over my head honestly. He repeated himself but at the same time was patient. We got to talking a bit about the times. He made me smile, our talk made me pause and reflect. Sean, if you get a chance to read this, you made my day. I know you also made the lady before me smile and she was so grateful to you. Worst business I've ever been into. The owner thinks he's a stand up comedian and takes forever and then he thinks he's the soup nazi from a Seinfeld episode. Sean is rude and arrogant. We waited for 30 mins with just two people ahead of us, then he kept making jokes and taking so long to do our transaction. I told him we have a Special Needs daughter at home and a nurse that leaves at 6pm and it was 5:55pm. He became rude and belligerante and told me to leave if I didn't like it. I told him he has no compassion and I told him politely that we were pressed again and why and he said he didn't care. I called him a punk and he told me to leave. He kept yapping like a 12 yr old on and on and wouldn't stop. Too bad it's a franchise because UPS shouldn't have owners like this. UPS has lost my business. He almost made my wife cry, boycott this jerk. He deserves ZERO stars read more

Unfortunately, a family member was here from out of town and witnessed such rudeness to another customer that he was shocked that anyone could run a company like this and still stay open. A gentleman was trying to complete a shipping transaction and the owner/manager was demeaning and rude. In the end, the box was full...so the customer was not in the wrong asking for help. Then the owner/manager told him to press the button saying "that was easy" to insult the customer even more! I stopped going here years ago when the owner/manager was rude to me about the new Amazon Return process. Again, I was trying to figure it out and he was demeaning! This UPS store was super helpful. I came in here to get my live scanning done and Sean and Yvette was super nice and friendly while going through the whole process. I felt extremely bad because while I was here, there was one customer who came in and started yelling and cussing at them because he wasn't being "helped" (which was not true). There is a machine which has clear instructions and because he was just making an amazon return, he should have had no issue at all if he would have just read over the instructions. I would give this store negative if I can. This location is the most unpleasant store I've experienced. There were two employees at the store, an older man and a girl on her phone, while people waited in line. The older man is very unprofessional; he intrudes on your privacy during every visit and seems to think he knows more than anyone else who comes in. Today, he asked which store my item was going to. Why does that matter, and why does he need to know? He also had me read aloud what the kiosk said. Was that necessary? The kiosk clearly stated that the item had to be scanned by someone. All he needed to do was scan the item. I felt very uncomfortable, and when I expressed my concern, he told me to calm down. He seems to be on a power trip over a simple task that should take five minutes or less. But with him, it always turns into a lengthy battle. This isn't the first time, but it is definitely my last visit to this unprofessional store. read more

Unbelievably horrible customer service! Do NOT come here! Brought two Amazon returns. Both had labels already printed out. First the sales rep whose name starts with a Y and ends w an E lectured me about how I had to have a pouch for the label. They do not provide them. What average customer has shipping pouches at home ready to ship back Amazon returns? So I said that's fine and went to take the label back from her to take it to another UPS and she accused me of assault lol! I asked to speak to the manager, who was even worse! He also would not provide me with a pouch and was extremely rude and condescending pointing to the Amazon returns guidelines they have taped on the wall (which apply to them as a shipper, not to me as a customer). Another customer there told me they have a reputation for being the worst store in the neighborhood and that nobody likes to go there including her. She mentioned everyone knows this owner is the worst. They get paid by Amazon to accept returns. I pulled up their Yelp page and told them a might leave a bad review to which he replied "if you threaten me I have you on video assaulting my store clerk and I will post the video". I hope they do, I'd love to sue them. read more

Do not go to this location. I had a package with the box already provided and label, the worker tells me I need to tape my box up myself, I ask him does he provide tape, says he does but they'll charge. Charging for tape is crazy but telling me I have to tape it up before offering to help is another thing. I'll never go to this location again, ended up going to another ups same day and was a completely different experience, packaged and shipped everything for me.
