I called this FedEx location today to inquire about assistance with a large project, and my interaction with Chris was incredibly disappointing. Before I could fully explain the details, he repeatedly interrupted me, talked over me, and made incorrect assumptions about what I was asking for. Instead of listening and trying to understand the project, he became extremely flustered and raised his voice during the call. The entire conversation felt rushed, dismissive, and highly unprofessional. Customer service starts with listening, and unfortunately that never happened here. By the end of the call, it was very clear my business was not valued, so I politely ended the conversation, wished him a great day, and assured him I would not be doing business with this location moving forward! As soon as we hung up, I received a call from the regional manager. I made him fully aware of my interaction with Chris, including the interruptions, raised voice, and overall unprofessional conduct. What was most surprising was that he never once addressed or acknowledged Chris's behavior during the conversation. That alone told me everything I needed to know about the level of accountability and customer service in the South Orange County market. Based on both my experience and the volume of negative Yelp reviews across multiple South OC FedEx locations, it's becoming very clear that customer service is not a priority. read more

I stopped in today FedEx today to mail a letter next day. Jesus was so professional, helpful and kind. Jesus also made a copy for me to mail the document which was requested by the addressed. The ambiance was positive and the facility clean. The transaction was smooth and my tracking number and receipt were provided immediately. I'm a frequent Fedex customer and this is my least favorite location. The staff doesn't take any pride in their work and you get the least amount of service. In my last visit they added a boarder to my 1/4 page flyers and cut them with two sides white boarder showing on each. When I uploaded the doc there wasnt a boarder. When I asked if they could remove it because I never have this issue at other Fedex they wanted to charge me. I'll go out of my way to avoid this location in the future. read more

Especially Tushar is so kind and patient. He helped me to fix the error of address barcode. I highly recommend here to send precious our package. read more

Good location. The staff could be a bit more friendly, but overall it was a good experience here. We needed to print some documents from a phone, the process was very simple. The staff gave us a card with the instructions. And everything was pretty much self served. 3 color copies, $2.30 or so. Don't know if that's expensive or not. I thought it was fine. Whenever I need to get something done with FedEx, I always like to utilize this branch in Foothill Ranch, Lake Forest. I have had to mail out work packages, damaged luggage for repair, and so forth and have always been greeted with a nice smile and great service. The last few visits were exceptional with one of the visits where the gentleman behind the counter taking the time to walk me over to show me how their self check out machine works when you have a prepaid package to send out for the next time. Same guy also was very appreciative when I returned their FedEx tracking chip on a recent visit that came with my package that was delivered to our home. I highly recommend visiting this branch for your FedEx needs! read more

DO NOT HAVE YOUR PACKAGES SENT HERE FOR PICK UP. I REPEAT, DO NOT HAVE YOUR PACKAGES SENT HERE FOR PICK UP. We got notified that our package was ready for pickup. No problem right? Wrong. My husband goes to pick up the package and a male staff member there informs him that the package was not there. He does not provide any additional information. Next morning my husband goes there again and they were no help. They said they would review the camera footage. I called and they said they were not going to review the camera footage unless requested. We asked them multiple times to review the camera footage and they are now saying we never requested it?! Tracking number said the package was on the way back to the facility. Why was it delivered and taken out in the first place? This is a complete waste of my time. I get a call that my package has arrived. I am livid at this point. I made sure to open the package right in front of them because you never know if it has been tampered with. Taliyah (sp?) the manager did not apologize to me once for the time I have had to deal with this entire situation. She said a staff member placed the box on the wrong shelf the day before which was why it was sent away. Still confused as to why this would happen but I would like a formal apology from Fedex. Please train your staff to do better. read more

I stopped by to quickly print a paper and send a package. As I walked up to the counter with a smile, I was about to ask if I could use the computer. Before I could even say a word, the employee was extremely rude and aggressive. He looked at me with anger, waved his hand, and said, "You need to stop and wait there, Sir." Old white lady is racist or could be just abusive to everyone any race. Used to be pretty good and the girls were very nice. But ever since that old white lady started working there it's been horrid. She's racist I'm pretty sure, she expressed that pretty clearly towards me. I have seen her twice there recently and literally both times kept giving me side eyes and rolling her eyes. And her face showed me pure disdain. I literally stood in line quietly waited for my turn. I grew up here, I don't have any diff cultural behaviors that may appear as rude. First time I met her she wanted me to package my returns, so I asked her are there any specifications as an no Amazon box or stuff like that. She told me "use ur common sense, don't put it in a huge box". I responded yes obviously. When I returned, I was helped by a guy. But because she had scanned the qr code last time, this time the QR code didn't work. So I said to her, excuse me do u rmb me, you scanned the QR code last week and the QR code isn't working now. She literally stared sideways, rolled her eyes at me and said what? With disdain is the best word I can use to describe her attitude. Her attitude is so crass and unprofessional, no excuse to act as such. read more

Once again the outstanding crew at FedEx Office in Foothill Ranch has outdone themselves. I just had an important trade show in Long Beach and everything I had them do turn out amazing. They have great leadership and the customer service I received was fantastic. Carla, Rob, and the other great staff members are experienced, knowledgeable, and very friendly providing the highest quality service. I do all of my business brochures, banners, shipping, and printing for my business. The quality of work I receive back is always top-notch. I had designed full color programs (in bi-fold brochure form) for my grandmother's funeral, and brought the digital Publisher file on a USB drive to FedEx Office for print. There were a few people in line at the full service counter, and seeing that a counter employee was helping with an involved order, another employee (didn't get his name) came over and helped set me up on a computer, even though it wasn't his area, and gave me a paper sample binder so that I could get ahead on picking out the paper. As soon as the employee who does the designs was free, the one helping me switched with him and went to help the next customer with a shipping need. I was already impressed with that team-oriented approach at customer service. The employee who helped me with my print job was Rob. He was easy to work with, listened to my concerns about wanting a thicker paper on which the color photos would show up crisply and also would not bleed into the back side, which will have text. He recommended a semi glossy 60lb paper, did a sample print and fold for me and let me keep that as a proof. It came out beautifully and I ordered 30 for the small funeral service. Rob was transparent about the price, which was higher than I had been expecting at about $3 each. But this was my grandmother and I wanted the best, so I was prepared to pay it. Rob, to my surprise, offered me a 10% discount and I gratefully accepted. The next morning, I received a phone call from another employee letting me know my order is ready for pickup. I was pleased with the expediency. The prints were all beautiful, pre-folded, and my mother discovered at home that there were actually 35 in the box, not 30. So Rob, or whoever did my print order, threw in 5 free program brochures! It was such a touching surprise. My mother was so happy to have extras to mail to relatives overseas, who can't travel to attend the funeral service due to being high risk (elderly during this pandemic). I never talked about the service or details of the funeral with the employees, and they were all professional and didn't get into it with me, but I guess they saw what they were printing for me and wanted to add some heart and humanity to my bleak task. I am truly so touched and will be a customer for life with employees like these working at FedEx Office. read more

Her name is Carla and she is truly the definition of what customer service and impeccabity is all about. When there was some confusion by another on a rather large order I placed with her, she literally moved Heaven and Earth to correct it. I have rarely seen this level of commitment in a business professional, especially since the pandemic. Moreover, she completed the transaction by hand delivering my order to my mountain studio within hours of discovering the issue. What a gift it was to work with her. I shopped at FedEx Office on 26761 Rancho Parkway in Lake Forest. Diana and I have been sending faxes and printing documents at this location for many years. Sabrina the cashier and team member was super nice and friendly. She was very helpful on locating items that I needed. I bought 3 teams of Hammermill copy-plus printing paper. Chex mix, Reese's buttercup candy, and Swedish fish. Also; Hershey's chocolate bar, snickers bar, Hershey's dipped pretzels and a orange soda. It was time for me to give back for the great service they have provided us through out the years. I thanked them for allowing me to take photos. Then I drove off to find my next review. 12 minutes ago I just left this Foothill Ranch FedEx location. I had the great misfortune of having CONNOR wait on me. He ABSOLUTELY has some PROBLEMS that he is working with. Because it is SELF-EVIDENT with his horrible, NEGATIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE. When he gave me my change he threw the coins in my hand and the dollars as well. Right after that He THREW my 80 cents change from the card I gave him cash for to print my copies on The Counter and turned around and walked away. He Failed to even make eye contact with me. I am not even going to waste any more of my time, effort or energy saying anything else about this negative experience. I am being very generous with the One-Star rating. Because he was somewhat helpful. Besides 1 is the LOWEST RATING. By the way, he did help me get my PDF printed. It should have been ready for me when I got there and it wasn't because supposedly they never received the email. It took way too much time, energy and effort for this service. It seems to me that someone with CONNOR's demeanor, attitude and way of being has no business at all being in retail. Factory work or working on an assembly line of some sort, might be a better fit for him. #truthofthematter #facts Management on every level from the store, to the district and the region might want to very seriously consider retraining all of their employees because things like this tend to have a ripple effect as you probably already know. I've been here many times before throughout the years. The customer service has always been satisfactory up until now, today. If you are going to do business with this location and see CONNOR's name tag, Do yourself a favor and tell him that you will wait for the next person or have someone else go in front of you, so you can get the next person to wait on you instead of him. I read the previous reviews and was worried. I al a person of color. Fortunately, I I have had positive experiences at this business in the past and this visit was no exception. Carla was the only employee in the shop and she worked efficiently and with respect and kindness. I got what I need in a reasonable amount of time. Carla patiently helped when I had questions. I continue to think of this store as my local photocopy services provider. I cannot speak to the older woman. She was not present and Carla was great. Recommend. read more

When I walked in with my package, the guy in the back, stopped what he was doing to come to the counter to help me. It happened again when the third customer walked in, the gal in the back stopped what she was doing to help him. I like the service I got and what I saw. Keep it up guys. The only complaint I have is attwifi hot spot is not walking. When I called ATT support they said this hot spot is managed by FedEx. I don't know that's true or not. read more

I've been going to this place since I moved to OC back in 2007. I've never had an issue with printing out resumes, faxing, scanning, copying, etc. There is never a rush here and they are open late and very accommodating. Since it's located out near Foothill Ranch, there is never a rush. It's really easy to get stuff done. The most I've stayed here is like 10 minutes and I always get front door parking. The manager here is a crook. They wanted $25 to put two pieces of foam together and $7 to resize an image. Both of which I was not charged for at the location in RSM. She was rude about it and basically handed back my USB stick when I said that the other place didn't charge me. She's probably pocketing that money. read more

Stopped by this store with a friend who had to mail one very small package - a pair of earrings. I waited in the car, because her daughter was sleeping. 25 minutes later, she returned. The person helping her told her it wasnt wise to mail the earrings in the envelope provided by the company she purchased them from... and a box would be better. Of course it would, because she was charged $5 for that box. To mail a pair of earrings. The total was over $20 when all was said and done, and it took FOREVER. On the 25th I took a passport photo with one of the representatives, their photo service is excellent, he's super nice and helpful. I forgot his name, but he has a curly hair and tall I recall, please give him thank you for being helpful. I lost my purse in the store by accident, after worrying about it whole night. First morning I visited the store, Amanda helped me find it in lost and found. It is greatly appreciated. I had my drivers license and credit cards in it. She's an angel help me find it. read more

Spacious space well-conditioned; You can get all your printing/shipping needs done here. I came here over 10 times before writing this review. Shout outs to a few names: Robert, Sabrina, another pretty young lady whose name I don't know, one female and one male supervisor, they all helped me at various times and were consistently providing knowledgeable and courteous service. Came in the day before the holiday weekend, so I understand that things are stressful. My friend and I had to print out 150 color copies of a file on cardstock paper we had- not too hard of a request. We were on a time crunch, too. We walked in and they told us they were swamped and stuck us over in self service. No problem...we were just printing papers. After trying for about 20 minutes to get the printer to work (we kept getting "insert card," even though we inserted our card multiple times), an employee came over, flipped a few things, and we got one copy printed. She left before the thing printed though, without telling us what she did to fix it. We had only printed the test copy though, so 149 more to go. After another 15 minutes of trying ourselves again (getting the same error, having no clue what the lady did), we asked another employee to help. He took the job over to his station (even though we had already payed the $90+ at the self service station), and 30 minutes later, he figured out how to print it. And tried charging us $150ish. What is that, a labor fee? And we had already payed? Luckily my friend argued with him and we eventually pulled up a receipt on the self service station proving we had payed for the job. So basically, we spent over an hour and $100 to print 150 one-sided pages of color ink on paper that we provided ourselves. So definitely a tad pricey. But the worst part was it took over an hour at a time when we were pressed for time, and the staff was too busy to help us until we pressured them to do so. They were generally friendly, but I hardly think this was even a 3-star experience. read more
