I often see them helping people who do not know how to navigate a return with Amazon or who are unsure of the procedure to package something that they need to mail. The clerks are always patient and offer help and stay friendly even if customers become unpleasant or rude. This store is great...they can do it all! I go here several times per week to drop off packages. This location is run very efficiently. I'm never in there longer than 5 minutes, even when there are a few people in front of me. I especially like that i can drop off both my UPS and USPS packages at one place. I appreciate that they are practicing social distancing and encouraging mask use. It's also a great place to grab last minute shipping supplies. They even offer packing services to help prepare your item for shipping. This is my favorite location for shipping and definitely recommend checking it out. read more

I needed to ship a large framed picture for my son who provided me with his own printed pre-paid label from his business. The lady "D" told me it would be $58 before I showed her the pre-paid label. Then she turned around and said I still had to pay $54 even though my son had pre-paid it. I am 70 yrs old and not familiar with shipping things by UPS and there was a line. I walked away wondering what was the use of the pre-paid label that she did use if I still had to pay more? Later when I spoke to my son and told him I had to pay for shipping he was furious saying that he had already paid the shipping and this woman was dishonest charging me again. POOR, POOR, POOR customer service. We were told by Kevin a package we sent on a Saturday would be received the next day (Sunday) by 5:00 pm --which is why we used them instead of the USPS. The person in which we were sending the package would not be there on Monday. We paid $61.00 to ship an envelope. On Sunday, after 5:00 pm, I checked the online tracking which stated it would be delivered by 3:00 pm on Monday. (BTW, the USPS quoted us $28 for the same delivery day/time) When called on Monday, Kevin said he never told us that (although my wife and I clearly heard him state that since we would never have mailed it to a recipient we knew would not be there on Monday). When I repeated to Kevin what he told us, he said, "Well that's your version." I asked to speak to the manager, who he said was Ryan, and he said he was out but would have him call me. No return call. I called later in the day for Ryan and spoke with Jennifer who said she would pass along my request. A week has passed with no call from the spineless Ryan. A new USPS and UPS shipping store has opened about a mile from this one (11600 Gladiolus Dr Ste 106). I highly recommend using it instead using the overprice-underdeliver services of the gutless, incompetent people who manage and work at this store. read more

There is always a very long line here. That is because the staff does not know how to work efficiently. I visit UPS stores very frequently and if you have a package that is ready to go that needs no further assistance they always want you to just drop it and go. Waiting in line just holds up everyone else. When I asked the blonde lady with the glasses where I could leave my package that was all set , she said I had to wait in line like everybody else. Does she not know about the drop and go policy that every single ups in the country has? No wonder why the lines are always out the door. Get with the program UPS on San Carlos Blvd. read more

I have gone to this store several times with no issue. Yesterday I had a big issue. I was returning 6 dresses I purchased on Amazon and I had my Amazon return squares. Upon the girl scanning the items and squares she proceeds to tell me " I am good to go" I reply " I need a receipt please" she goes on to tell me that no receipts are given for these returns. I reply " I received a receipt last week when doing a return" After a bit more conversation I leave without a receipt. I go to my car and call Amazon customer service. I explain my problem. They tell me to go back to the store and request a receipt, since this is the only way to prove that I did take the items to UPS store for return. I go back in and explain this all to the girl. She says "we don't do receipts for these". I again say, I received one last week when doing a return. She asked "who did your return last week?' I say "a guy" she points to a young man and says "he gives receipts, but he is not suppose to". I then say "even if a customer requests a receipt, you won't give them one? She replied "no we will not". She then says I can take pictures of the items as proof that I returned them. I lay the items on the floor and take pictures. I then scan the camera on the store and the employees. She then tells me "please do not take pictures of the employees" I tell her just because I took pictures of the items it does not prove I was in this store and that taking a picture of the employees does. I then walk out. Thankfully it was not an issue and I did receive a full refund for my items. After thinking about it further I should have taken a picture of the computer screen as proof. I think they do not want to give receipts because they are given on sticker labels that are huge and the price of that paper is high. That is my guess. I will not be returning to this UPS store...I forgot to add that a friend of mine did not get a receipt and the item was lost and she had to pay for the item. Amazing service! As usual, we purchased too many souvenirs while visiting Fort Myers Beach and had to ship a bunch of stuff back home. Dropped it all off, and made the appropriate arrangements. The person who assisted us (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) was very friendly and knowledgeable. We received our package yesterday, and my gosh!! The way the contents were packed was just phenomenal! The t-shirts and clothing articles were carefully packaged in plastic bags, the fragile items were perfectly wrapped and arrived unbroken and everything was neatly and carefully packed within the shipping box. I highly recommend this location!! read more

I'm not sure why but this place seems to be way more expensive for everything. On mothers day I was trying to send a package to mom to get there by mothers day. The girl quoted for next day for 99.95 and two day 75.30. What????? She also looked at usps and said they couldn't get it there on time. Unless she is going to hand deliver it up to mass no way. Went to usps and mailed it for $9.75 really ups store girl. Mom got it on time and loved her present. Today fax 3 pages $6.33 and where else that is no more than a dollar fifty. This is walking distance from home but never will do business here again. read more

I had a wonderful experience with this store in packaging and shipping to me a gas cook top I bought on eBay. It was all done by phone with the very helpful staff at the store, the seller and me. It was very easy, very fair price, and arrived in perfect condition. I don't think I will have occasion to use this store again - which is a shame as they are great! read more

Two ladies were very friendly and helpful from everything from sending a fax, to helping a lady with a box, who wanted any discount she could get, and a envelope being sent UPS. Usually use a different location where u might get two words outta the people and hardly ever a smile. It was right at closing time and these two ladies were still smiling!
