I decided not to use their service and went to the USPS location across the street near Publix, where I paid $10 for the same type of Priority Mail service. I also spoke with the USPS employees about the price I had been quoted, they laughed and were surprised by the amount. They also told me the owner of the pack and ship, buys stamps and other supplies to upsell at their pack and ship store. I'm a local and have supported businesses in this area, including helping various businesses after the hurricane. I believe customers deserve to know when they may be paying significantly more than they would through USPS directly- and they certainly deserve to be treated with basic respect when asking a legitimate question about a price. I strongly recommend the USPS (which mins away) before using this Pack & Ship location. I will not be returning, and I'll be sharing my experience with other members of the local community.

I went into the Pak-n-Ship at Pebblebrook Naples, FL to help me get the labels printed & the packages returned. The staff are the most helpful people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are so helpful. They even do extra things that need to be printed along with the labels, like reasons I am returning, etc. I don't even get invoices anymore so I have to create everything myself. I used to be able to just hand write everything myself on the invoices they sent and include them with the returns. they always print everything I will need, including a receipt for packages they've mailed. Even if I don't ask for a-receipt, I always get one. The woman who helped me today gave me plastic pouches to put the labels in before attaching them to the packages So nothing would happen to the labels if they got wet. Service is better than five stars. I think they deserve 10 stars for all the extra help they give! If they are eating lunch in the back and people come in for sssistance.they always come out and help them and interrupt their lunch. i've never seen that happen anywhere. Went in to mail a pair of prescription glasses to my son that he left at my house…read more Asked for a USPS priority box to put them in and said I have packing bubbles that I will put in the box to protect them. The lady took the glasses into the back room, put them in a USPS box, but covered the box up with grey plastic so you couldn't see it was USPS priorioty. I shook the box and the glasses were clearly not protected and rattled back and forth in the box. She proceeded to say that she goes to class to learn how to pack and it was fine. I tried to take them out of the box to put the packing in. She grabbed the box from me and took it back to her back room. I told her please just give me the glasses back. She got defensive and couldn't understand what the problem was. I don't trust this business and will never go back, very weird that you can't just mail USPS priority mail, I suspect they want to charge more than the flat rate shipping. I went to the post office just a few miles up the road, got the USPS box I wanted, packed the glasses the way I wanted and got the flat rate shipping. It was worth the extra few miles and minutes time it took to be sure they were mailed safely and without being over charged.
