This UPS Store is conveniently located next to a Publix and other shops on Fiddlesticks. They are almost always busy. There is ample parking out front, although it is a busy lot. The employees are alway friendly and professional. I typically take my Amazon returns here and I have sent numerous faxes from this location. I had a disappointing experience at this UPS Store. I explained that I speak very little English and used a translator on my phone to communicate what I needed. Instead of trying to help me or understand my request, the employee simply said she did not speak Spanish and sent me somewhere else. I understand not everyone speaks Spanish, but a little patience and willingness to help would have made a big difference. I felt dismissed and unwelcome as a customer. read more

Just picked up a package. They charged me $15 or $5 a day because I didn't pickup the first day it was delivered. The man said because my phone # was not on the package they could've just sent back. I should've told him to send back and I would have gotten a refund from the company and reordered to be sent to another location. This place may have gotten my $15 but I will never use them again. So I think they in the end will lose not only the $15 but a lot more. Maybe review your policy read more

I use this location for the USPS mail drop and the signature witness/notary services. I tried to get passport photo today but it was unavailable due to "lightening strike damage" overnight. Two clerks unable to commit when service would become available. Had to go to another UPS store. The usual parking lot congestion in front of this store was also, particularly bad. read more

Worst customer services ever, went to print out some documents the printer got jam when we told Tracy that there was a paper jam if we could open it and her response was "Fine by me good luck", after trouble shooting we told another employee Angie if they can just make a copy because it got jam and I had told her I had reset it and her response was " you should never reset if there's a paper jam, you are ruining my $10,000 printer, you should come get us instead of touching the printer" which we did from the start but they were too busy talking in the back area with an non employee from Publix. from the moment we got to the store they were giving customers attitude. I visited this location 3 weeks ago to ship dog ashes. They were sealed in a durable container. An older gentleman in his 50-60s told me I was able to ship them. He sent them out without a problem. Today I returned to this location to do the same thing again. I was greeted by a lady in her 50s? She said nope, they absolutely could not ship them. Okay fine. However when I explained to her who helped me 3 weeks ago she tried to discredit me. She was very rude saying that ONLY her and two "young" guys worked there. Essentially calling me a liar. I know exactly who helped me that day! She was extremely rude and had terrible customer service. I would never go back to that store ETA: Every employee should follow that protocol then. I'm not sure why the gentleman 3 weeks ago shipped them for me. Now that I know they cannot be shipped it's fine. MY POINT is that she tried to discredit me, essentially calling me a liar, and she was very rude about it. Not good customer service. Period. read more

The gentleman who was working was very helpful. I was wanting to ship an empty box to someone (so they could send me stuff, prepaid). This worker suggested the person just go to the local UPS store and have them ship everything to me and call for my CC number. This was a great idea, not only did the worker say the (empty) box would most likely arrive damaged due to 2M Christmas returns expected the next day, but also saved me some money. I just returned something to Amazon through this store. I needed a second box to return a second item and he charge me for the box after he packaged my item up. $2.00 for a box and $6.00 for peanuts. I had no choice other than to pay because it was already packaged up. He then explained that it cost a lot of money to run a store and that's how they make money. I sent a package I sold on eBay here. I arrived at the store with my item packed pretty horribly in a small box fully intending on purchasing packing and packing it well. I had pre printed my shipping label and the clerk there suggested they re-pack it for me and did so without telling me how much it costs. It ended up being an additional $15.00 without warning. I would've appreciated being told how much the re-pack would be. I'm happy the item was packed to ups insurance standards, but for the love of God...tell me that it's going to double my shipping costs. I'm trying make money. read more

This is the best UPS location I have ever dealt with. I am a mid-volume commercial customer so most of my interactions with UPS occur through corporate / online. The few times I have found myself in a pinch with an emergency shipping situation that could only be solved in-store this location has ALWAYS ALWAYS gone above and beyond to make sure any emergencies I have don't turn in to disasters. Handling as many packages as I do - crisis situations are sure to arise & anyone who relies on shipping as a % of their business knows that reliable fulfillment is the key to success. This UPS store is so nice and convenient for us--right next to our local Publix. The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to accommodate your needs. We have sent packages from here and have had golf clubs shipped here from up north. What I love best is that they have a USPS drop box with a 12:00 mail pick up time. read more

WOW, after spending over $150.00 on shipping 3 boxes home, 2 being damaged, they offer $24.00 refund. Jeff - the manager, less than pleasant to have to deal with. I usually do not write reviews however, here is my experience with this location. The first encounter was last year, i happen to go their to mail a package whenI noticed a "help wanted ... now hiring" sign so while he was preparing the label for my package, is asked him about the position. His answer was ..." this position requires too much heavy lifting" and it was clear he would not have wanted me to apply. I let that one go as he might have been having a bad day. I again went there a few months later....They were sitting in the back regardless of hearing the door open....i figured they might be busy so i waited...5 Minutes went by so i said "excuse me". That is when he came to the front. Third time was a few weeks ago when upon creating the label he omitted the apartment number. He copied the address from the envelope. I politely said "there is an apartment number". He commented with an attitude "well did you write the apartment on the envelope?" I said yes...with frustration he sighed and said "Oh" and created another label. All these 3 times, i was never greeted. Nor did I ever receive service with a smile. So one piece of advice, if you are a person of color, I would think twice about using this business. I hope more people will review this business. Thank you read more
