The UPS Store was well staffed and efficiently operated. There was a line but it thinned out very quickly as employees were busy ensuring all customers were serviced and needs addressed. I visited the store to have documents notarized as it could not be done at my local bank. BETH did a superb job of assisting and was warm throughout the interaction. Emma is the rudest person I have ever met working in customer service. They all sit around chatting and waiting last minute to help. They don't care to get the door for you when carrying in large boxes they are rude and not helpful in any way whatsoever. I come here very often due to having to return a lot of items for my boss and today I am just fed up with it. I don't care if you have to drive an extra 10-15 minutes to another upstairs location, I would do it if I were you. Absolutely awful location. read more

I am 74 years old and not always the sharpest knife in the drawer when it comes to being technologically savvy. When I had shoes to return to Amazon following the Amazon protocol, I found myself having lots of problems getting the QR code to work. No fewer than 3 UPS team members helped me work on, and resolve, the problem. Their expertise made it possible for me to make the return on a single visit and they were cheerful and professional in their demeanor. They made me feel welcome and appreciated for using their store. I don't know who is responsible for making these folks such customer-centric folks, but it is evident to, and very much appreciated by, customers like me. read more

Do NOT come here! If you do, do NOT have an employee named Emma process your package. Wait for anyone else to assist you. I paid almost $200 to overnight a package with medical supplies only for it to not arrive by the guaranteed time the next day. I call to ask about why my package was delayed, only to be told she pressed the wrong option for shipping when processing my order and there was nothing they could do to reimburse me. I trusted it would be delivered when she told me it would be delivered! I spoke to Emma directly on the phone about this and she argued with me about how she never guaranteed that delivery time. Because I would drop $200 on something to ship overnight that wasn't guaranteed right? The manager had conveniently clocked out for the day at 3pm and Emma did not know owners information to share with me. I am so upset over this as I cannot replace the ounces of breast milk that spoiled due to this incidence. read more

Really slow services and something that should take a few minutes takes them what felt like an hour. The girl I was stuck with didn't have any idea of what she was doing. Then there was 3 others just sitting in the back chatting it up. Don't stop here if you need quick service. Also the printers are busted as of this week. read more

I rented a mailbox and my mail keep coming back with return to sender stamped on it. I don't even think that they knew I rented a mailbox there. I have no faith in them in processing my mail! Will never go back to this place. The female attendant was not helpful at all, she was condescending and dismissal when asked questions regarding a big parcel. I asked for her input abt the packing and she sounded like a robotic broken record, had to stopped her and ask for her opinion as a human. I don't understand how they have an employee with such poor customer services skills when all they do is dealing with ppl. She kept having problems entering the label info, actually reprinted 3 times obviously annoyed. She was so fast trying to get her rid of me that had to tell her to slow down to understand the tracking process, needless to say she continued with an attitude unhelpful and annoyed,i guess she is not used to be called on her rudeness.
