I'm not a fan of the Confusing AI virtual assistant, however, if you get in person contact with Customer Service at any store, they usually can get a hold of what's going on and get you rolling for the next day's delivery if something's not on time. I had no idea what this business was about until I tried to get a battery for my laptop. I needed…read morea battery for my Apple computer. Apple directed me to Best Buy in Destin. I stopped in and was informed they didn't have batteries and would have to send the computer out to a company and it would be $89 for the shipping. They said I should try Batteries and Bulbs in Ft Walton, where we were staying. If they had batteries but couldn't put them in then Best Buy could install it for $40. I called Batteries and Bulbs and they told me that they didn't have any batteries and didn't have anyone to install them. I then tried calling a Batteries Plus and the person who answered was the one I had just talked to at Batteries and Bulbs. Ironically when she answered the phone when I called Batteries and Bulbs she answered " Batteries Plus" and I asked her if this was Batteries and Bulbs and she said yes. Not sure what that was all about but this time she directed me to uBreakiFix by Asurion. When I called to inquire if the had Apple computer batteries I reached and answering machine telling me I could set up an appointment. I hung up and drove to the store. There was nobody there at the time so I was taken care of right away. This was on a Monday and they Had my computer ready by Thursday. They sell insurance plans for $29. A month and you can use it to fix any electronic in your home. With 2 Apple laptops, iPhones, iPads, tvs etc. It sounded like a good deal. $50 was knocked off the repair price and when I said I needed a new screen protector for my iPhone they tole me with purchasing the insurance I would get it free and they put it on for me. Since I was visiting from WI and never heard of the company, I was surprised to learn they were national. It's nice to know there is a reputable electronic repair store in town.

Purchased a Pelican iPhone case from this location less than a month ago. Didn't fit the phone…read more They had the identical case, store-specific sticker, etc on the same exact item hanging on their wall. Cashier said "Since you don't have an AT&T account with us, and don't have the receipt, we can't return your item." To a degree, I totally understand that. However, with the same exact item, coded and stickered on the wall, I fail to see how they don't understand this is the same exact item purchased from their store. I'm not even asking for cash but for them to take the item (which is in perfect condition and not even used BTW..) and refund the cost to my card. Employees were nice enough, but this is simply bad company policy. I'd imagine they'd want to "Wow" me to bring me over from the dark side! (Current Verizon customer)

Pouring down rain, my car wouldn't…read morestart, I went ahead and did my shopping, got to the counter, I asked a manager if I could use her personal phone to make one phone call to a personal novel to call my husband because I was broke down in the parking lot. She responded with I don't let nobody use. My phone was very rude not knowing that I was handicapped which I am. I couldn't speak when she left. I was in tears. Had to have another customer to help me, which thank God, summary, was kind enough to help. I wanna tell something to this manager. I hope you can sleep at night, knowing that you didn't help out somebody who was handicap. I can hope that you sleep well at night, knowing that you didn't help somebody that you could've put somebody who was in danger because they were handicap. I never forget my phone, and the one day that I forgot it is the one day that I needed help, I see what kind of a person that you are. I used to be the manager at the Stein Mart,in Destin. If I had ever behaved the way you had, I would've been shown the door, another words you would've been fired for not helping out another customer. shame on you.
