This is my go to spot when shipping or returning things. This review is specifically for a return experience. My SHEIN return was definitely not a "happy" return, but Miss Christine turned it around. I messed up the process more than once...and she was patient, calm, and so kind through all of it. From scanning a bunch of items to juggling multiple QR codes. While writing my review, I was wondering what rating to give this UPS Store. I normally ship on UPS because I find them more reliable than both USPS and Fedex. I had a package I needed to ship end of last year for Christmas to two friends that I have who live in Puerto Rico. Ive shipped packages to them with no issue via USPS and since I needed to grocery shop at the Kroger nearby, I decided to ship the package while in the area. It was obviously a busy time for the store, so I understood the wait to get serviced. When I went up to get helped, I asked for the package to be shipped to Puerto Rico and since I did not have a box, I was more than happy to pay for the service to have UPS box it up for me. I was the informed that UPS treats Puerto Rico like a foreign country and requires anyone shipping to them i had to comply with international shipping declarations. I was flummoxed because Puerto Rico is part of the US. Customs forms needed to help filled out and I had to state exactly what I was shipping, and then I was told that if the package is not signed for, that I would need to pay a fee to have it shipped back to me. I asked if they could just leave it at the door or hold it, i was told no. I said no thank you and left. I later confirmed with UPS via phone that they do indeed treat Puerto Rico as a foreign country for shipping purposes. I find this utterly bizarre. I went to USPS, where i shipped my package with no issues. Is this per se the fault of this particular store? No, but it is the fault of UPS in general. Why the heck they have these bizarre rules to ship to a US territory? No idea. I can tell you my Puerto Rican friends were shocked when I told them this. It should not be this problematic to ship a Christmas gift to friends! read more

This is a great location for Amazon returns since Kohl's is not the preferred location any longer. I find staff friendly and very easy to work with. My wife did note that later on in the day it can get quite busy but off hours I have not been disappointed. read more

I just left this store. Was trying to ship a baby gift and they kept asking me what was in the box. The man with the handle bar mustache kept at me about security reasons that they needed to know what was in the box exactly because it could be a bomb. Some woman from the back said it's enough to know it was a baby gift but he kept at me. I left because no one should be treated like a drug dealer for trying to ship a baby bank. So rude and this is the second time I had a bad experience in there. What is wrong with people, why can't they just be nice. I went to pakmail who are so friendly I didn't mind Paug more. It wasn't them trying to do their job, it was how it was handled by the man with the handle bar mustache being disrespectful and rude to a customer. Kindness is what all customers should expect, I am fully aware of homeland security rules and how a polite person should treat others. We've used this store recently to return several Christmas gifts. The staff has been extremely helpful and wonderful to work with each time!

The staff here are always polite to me. Today there was another customer who refused to wear a mask and they handled it brilliantly. It is not ever easy to work with the public, but it's especially difficult right now with COVID. I really appreciate that they enforced their mask rule. read more
