When I POLITELY pointed out that it was a flat rate box (with a less expensive shipping price than I was being quoted) he puts a hand on his hip and says, "Yeah, if you go to the post office. We're not them." I returned later to get a key made and luckily got someone else to help, although ultimately I wasn't able to get the key either. At least he was reasonably human. I wasn't upset by the lack of service, but there is an appropriate way to speak to potential customers. I'm leaving two stars instead of one because I haven't had this issue before. Maybe he woke up on the wrong side of the bed or something, but I doubt I'll return.

We're done. In the past five years, my husband has had 2 or three shirts that have come back with…read more4 inch rips in them, 2 that were ground up like they went through some gears, 2 that came back with ink stains all over them, and 2 that had the collar buttons ripped completely out of the shirt. I can get stains out of shirts. I can sew buttons back on, but I draw the line at re-weaving cloth. You take clothes to the cleaners to save time and that's not happening here... They offered a pro-rated cash refund for the damage, but less than full market value, and we couldn't have the shirts back. If we took the shirts, we would get no compensation for the damaged shirts.
