12/19/25 Return needed from a TEMU order and wanted to give everyone a heads up. Pretty awesome. Right when you walk in you can scan the return, prints out, tape it and then just wait in line and turn it. Did and there was a LONG line! It is the season. Luckily, ir moved fast! Greeted by kind worker, just gave printout taped to return and says thank you with good day wishes!! Definitely a time saver for the worker and me! Easy convenient return and GREAT service! This used to be a great place. Now they have decided that they're just going to run it like a scam. For years my spouse and I have had a large mailbox here. We receive a good number of small packages here, of the size that would fit in that box. They used to put small packages in there. In the last couple months, however, they have decided that (1) they're not going to put small packages in our box, even if they fit; and (2) they're going to charge us a dollar a day if we don't pick them up within three days. So we are already paying extra for a large box, and on top of that they want to fleece us for more fees for holding things outside that box that could fit in there. Three times now I have complained about this. They tell me that there is a note on our box saying to put small packages there. But they are not doing it. So why are we paying for a large box if they will not actually use that space? Ridiculous. And scammy. Time to start looking for service elsewhere, I guess. read more

The store communication went down hill this past year back in June. The store was remodeled and the 24hr access to the mailboxes was removed and they didn't notify the customers. I've emailed them 2 times and no response from the management. Yet, they auto send a email for box renewal. read more

Love this UPS store. I have been renting a Virtual Box for over a year to use for my side hustle business and to also receive my packages to prevent package porch theft. A virtual box provides you with a box number to use for your shipping and receiving but it it is not a physical box that has a key. The clerks have always been friendly and one man has even carried out heavy boxes for me and loaded them in my car. I actually don't use UPS to ship my packages but I do receive UPS packages occasionally to my box. I give them a 4 star rating only because UPS keeps raising the prices on a 3 month virtual box rental. When I first started over a year ago, it was $60. Over the following 6 months they then raised it to $70. I just renewed in January for another 3 months and this time it had jumped up to $10 more again ($80.00)! If they raise it any higher, I will look into a USPS box rental. read more

I've been coming to this UPS store to do my returns for probably four years or more. All the employees are always so friendly and helpful! It's hard to find places today that value customers and give great customer service. Today, Alfonso helped me with a package that I needed to ship back. With two pick ups a day at my work, I hardly ever have to venture into a UPS store. I needed to get a non-work related item out to a family member, so I ventured on over to this location after work. The guy at the counter was very fast, friendly and efficient. It only took him a couple minutes to prepare the label for my bag. Yay! My item will be delivered in the Bay Area by EOD tomorrow, even though it was just after 6PM when I got there today. Only $10, too. Five stars from me! read more

The ups store located at the Marketplace shopping center off Herndon Avenue is terrible I had a client needing medication for his puppies that were very sick. I dropped off the medication at 10AM and my client never received as direct to ship overnight. So I went to the main hub to see what the issue was they told me it didn't get check in until 6PM which was incorrect and I showed them my receipt with the time of 10AM. Needless to say the package didn't arrive until 3 days later. Sad to say all the puppies died.!! read more

Came to return something and the guy that closed the shop was extremely rude. Before I could even reach the door he and his friend walked out, shut the door and rudely told me "we're closed. The employees at this UPS store are incredible. Specifically Alfonso. Amazon had me return a large item and told me that I should not package up the item because the UPS store would need to check the contents for return accuracy. When I came in, I was informed that UPS does not verify the contents and that is up to Amazon when they receive the package. Long and short, the UPS store was going to charge me to package up the item. Alfonso was gracious enough to waive the packaging fee even though I was willing to pay. Excellent customer service and made the return process feel effortless. read more

I had a great customer service experience here on Saturday 3/7/20. This was for their notary service which I think is the best thing that UPS has ever done--putting notaries in all of their retail locations. I needed something notarized and had only used the one at Selma City Hall years and years ago, I wanted one that was available on Saturdays and the list of Fresno notaries was overwhelming, then I remembered that UPS stores offered this service. I went to the closest UPS store to where I was at the time, Bullard and West area and Yes, they were open on Saturday and Yes, the person who greeted me there said he could notarize. The whole process went smoothly. I appreciate having the notary service at a widely known company that you can feel trust in and that has locations all around the Central Valley. I'd recommend this location for its notary service and the friendly staff; everything looked organized and well maintained there. read more

I have lived in the area for over twenty years and today was my first day to go into this UPS store. The store was not busy there was one other person in the store. I had an Amazon return. The young girl at the counter was extremely rude to me when I showed her a bar code on my phone. She said, " You are going to have to pay to send it". I told her I must have the wrong code and I would call my husband for the QR code or shipping label. She turned her back and walked away from the counter and when to the back to talk to someone. I immediately had the shipping label texted to me and I waved at her to return. She seemed very annoyed and said, " You will have to pay us $3.70 to print that". The package was very small and weight less than a pound. I understand if I need to print the label myself but to be treated that way is uncalled for. I left and even though I have family all over the US I mail to I won't return. I have worked in customer service for over 40 and I understand how to treat a customer. read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Absolutely the WORST customer service ever. Not only did they mess up my package delivery, by NOT putting the return label on it, and it was returned to my residence instead of back to the original shipper, but the worker wanted to try to fight me, in the store, over a perceived facial expression I had given his mother, who also worked there. He tried to act brave to me, a much larger man. He actually wanted to fight, a customer, over a look. Absolutely horrible business ethics. Do not go to this store unless you wish to have your package delivery completely ruined, including the package being thrown around in front of the customer. ZERO stars. Garbage service. read more

I needed to ship some books back to Chegg but I forgot my packing slip. They told me I had to use their packing slip which had a minimum fee of 2.99 + the cost of minutes used. They wouldn't even help me out printing 2 sheets of paper. Terrible customer service. I will not be returning. This is the first UPS that I've been to that refused to help me out with this. Mind you, I would have paid .25 to print(more than the cost at the public library) but +2.99? Unbelievable. read more

I have had a mailbox at this location since before it became the UPS store (25 years to be exact). I pick up my mail here every day and I feel compelled to do a yelp review because the customer service at this UPS store is phenomenal. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. I love having this store as an option for Amazon returns also. I get a lot of deliveries and have NEVER lost a package either incoming or outgoing. Weirdly subpar customer experience. Tried to print files and was charged to print them all but the printer had a separate issue and stopped printing costing me $8.XX. Then they told me the printer had to be restated and decided to print my B&W documents in the back. When I looked over the documents they were still misprinted in error. I told them it was still wrong and so after the printer restarted I was finally able to print my singular color copy and get out of there after they charged me for the second printing and to reset the printer. Had I been told that the file was somehow corrupted I might be more understanding and just walked away $8 later. To say you fixed it and then charge me for printing it wrong again is just dishonest. If you can't do what it says you do on the window. Just be frank. To be fair the 2 guys were congenial enough but this business practice is lacking to say the least. Not a return customer. read more

I'm blown away by their customer service, they completely saved me today!!! I needed laminating and binding services done to complete a class gift for my daughter's kindergarten teachers birthday (room mom of the year!!) I woke up this morning thinking I had another week before her birthday to find out her birthday, was actually Today!!!! Desperate, I called 6 other places who said there was no way they could help in that short amount of time. Luckily, I called the UPS store on Bullard/West and they saved the day!!! The guy who answered the phone said he would warm up the laminator and we should have the book done in less than an hour. And, he delivered on this promise!!!! Great service, awesome prices. In the hour I was there making my book, I saw the true care & love for their customers!! Thank you again for saving my reputation as a room mom and for delivering an excellent, affordable product with 5 star customer service!!!! Bonus: I heard them say they are hosting a paper shred event to benift the SPCA soon-- they like humans AND rescue animals!! Can't get better than that in my book!!! read more
