I went to UPS for shipping, Samatha waited on me and I couldn't have been happier and surprised how professional, happy and courteous she was during the transaction. Haven't had a great sales experience in a long time and I would say she is the best I can remember. I highly recommend Samantha, but the price of the shipping was extremely expensive! $57 to ship documents and set of keys that weigh 1lb 2oz. $47 for shipping and $10 for Fuel! read more

The location is right by my house, the hours of operation make it so convenient to go when I need to go This is my number one location to go to send packages and or return Amazon purchases. More than once I've come to this location and it's closed when their sign and online states that they're open. It's 8:53 on a Friday morning, I've been sitting here since 8:30 (the time they're advertised to open) and have watched 20 people pull in, get out of their cars and then walk away because they're still closed. There are people sticking packages into the handle of their door and walking away. Seems like a normal occurrence at this location. I had two different interactions with this young lady today. Walked in this morning at 10 AM. Walked up to the counter young lady behind counter (long black hair and no mask) told me that "notary services aren't available until after 12pm. I asked her if she was a notary she said "yes, but I don't do notaries when I'm working alone." Also told me that I would have to come back after noon time. She did not have anybody else waiting for services in the store at the. She was very rude, unprofessional, snarky, unwelcoming and just completely unpleasant. I then came back in to the store at about 4:45pm today and encountered same young lady. No smile, no hello, no greeting and simply looked at me, recognized me from the morning and said "notaries are done at the back table". As I was getting my items notarized, I overheard her yell to the line of customers (3-5) that "there is also an Amazon return kiosk that they can use". I found this extremely offputting as taking Amazon returns is one of her responsibilities at the store. I'm really not sure where customer service has gone in this country however, this young lady has a lot to learn when it comes to providing excellent customer service in my opinion. I have over 30 years worth of customer service and dealing with and making people happy in my past. If I had had any type of supervision role over this employee she would have found herself in the unemployment line. Seems customer service has left the building. I go in here all the time for business shipping and everyone is always great. Today though I had to get notary done and some legal paperwork and I was a confusing mess lol but Paola helped me the whole time and was just absolutely amazing! I come here frequently and often to drop off Amazon returns. Why here and not elsewhere? Because the service is quick and efficient! Even if there is a line, I rarely have ever waited more than a few minutes to make my return. Most times, I'm in and out in less than a minute. But what impresses me most is the service. She went to my car and measured some items I needed to purchase boxes for. They were on the heavy side so it was a big help. Then she was willing to box the items themselves after I purchased the boxes to prep them for delivery. What a great experience. First and most important, Ivy was exceptional. I brought in my ATT internet box to send back to ATT. She took care of it for me immediately. Most important, she had me take a pic of my shipping receipt. Turns out, ATT tends to lose these things and if you can't prove you shipped it, they will make you pay for it. And I did lose my receipt. So, kudos to Ivy, and her spotless store. read more

Paola is the only reason I still have a po box here, I was leaving UPS for USPS (much cheaper) and she stopped me. She has really turned the staffs attitudes around when I have complained about it several times the past. She is the reason I still over pay to have a po box with UPS vs USPS. super disappointed in the UPS location!! twice within 40 days they failed to get my package out after paying the fee for overnight shipping !! The latest fiasco I paid for overnight shipping and my customer never got the pac because it never made it on the truck!! In fact the next day it was still at this location and hadn't been shipped at all!! They told me to contact UPS because they were only a franchise so I had to drive to the UPS hub where they told me I got the package there at 6:30PM when I actually had it there at 10:15AM!! My customer was extr upset with me because the product was need ASA!! I highly advise you to never use this location and use FedX in my experience dealing with shippers they haven't let me doan!! read more

I came into this store for the first time yesterday. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door, very friendly and helpful staff. I needed some prints cut, 4 different files and a few different sizes. Ivy was very helpful when it came to cutting. She made sure everything was done correctly and quickly. I needed some last minute work done at this UPS store. Printing and some binding. They didn't have the old style comb binding available, but they upgraded me to the spiral binding which is much more nice for free. I did the whole process online and was notified when the work was going to be completed. I asked the manager if it could be done the same day and she obliged. Quality is good and I am happy with the store. Go here for you needs. A little pricey, but gets the job done very quick and easy. read more

We went in for a simple transaction. There were 2 employees helping 2 customers. One finished up, turned around & disappeared into the back of the store without a word. The other employee was apparently in the middle of a 20 minute transaction. Never raised her head, no acknowledgement of us. This review is solely based on the customer service I received. I came in one day to send off some mail. I was mailing a 4x7 bubble mailer and I was told my an employee that I needed to pay for a special stamp in order for the post office to accept my mail or else it would be returned. So my total was $4.63. I asked the employee if it would be cheaper here or at the post office and she lied and said UPS. She told me I "might as well ship through UPS because people always come back anyway". I ended up shipping my items through UPS, twice and finally I just went to the post office today and of course, the post office was cheaper, $3.50 and they said there is no need for a "special stamp". Your package will not be returned if you pay the normal postage. I recommend doing your research before coming to this store or you may be lied to as well. read more

The employees there are super friendly, very approachable, and extremely helpful. One employee in particular, Lyvia, this super cute Asian girl, is the nicest person to talk to.
