Came here to complete what should have been a few simple returns. I called in advance because I was a bit unsure if one of the items needed to be packaged or not. I brought in all my packaging (boxes, bubble wrap and even shipping bags just in case), but was turned away by a younger male employee with braces because he informed me they won't help you close a box and will have to charge for even one small piece of tape. He gave me the runaround and was rather rude. Thankfully, I remembered PostalAnnex in the next plaza over and went there instead, where I received phenomenal customer service and was able to ship my packages out from there, since they're also a UPS retailer! Do yourself a favor and go there instead of this store, considering they clearly don't care about their customers. read more

This the Gucci of UPS stores. Clean, well-lit, aroma diffuser, friendly staff, the whole 9. I've come here for Amazon returns and mailings only, but I did notice PO Boxes and notary services are available here as well. If they served snacks and LaCroix I would never leave here. 5 stars for a well run facility with convenient location. read more

I had to deal with some banking stuff that included a notary and a pre-paid UPS shipping label. I normally hit the Postal Annex for any shipping needs, but because of the urgency of the item to be shipped, I wanted to find a UPS store so that the notifications would be quicker and that there was less of a chance of UPS skipping out on the delivery pickup. I checked Yelp, found this place (which I didn't remember seeing before in the past), came by, and found out that they were doing their soft opening! Perfect timing. This is a brand new location right next to Ralphs, near Joanns. They are NEW, so be nice if they haven't smoothed out all of their kinks. My request was pretty straightforward: package with a prepaid label to drop off, and needing a receipt to validate that I dropped off the package. They were able to weigh the package, scan it into the system, and give me my receipt. Easy peasy. Very polite and professional, I was greeted when I came in and when I left. It's a good spot that they picked, and it'll be nice to have a closer UPS shop versus the one on Rose or the one in Brea or Yorba Linda. read more

Highly recommend this store. People here are just so nice and friendly, I have been using their mail box service since last year, everybody are just very patient to me. Every time when I go there, if I have packages that need to pick up, no matter how heavy, they never ask me to do anything instead they will try to put them on dolly for me. I cannot write how helpful Annie and her staff were. I had a large shipment that needed to go out in a hurry. Annie got 4 different quotes, updated me with every step and made sure the carrier came for the pick up. She checked in via text until my pallets were picked up.
