DO NOT GO HERE!! The oils they diffuse/ the aroma in the shop smells AWFUL and reeks of mold / mildew. I have attempted to mail a box 4 TIMES and each time I was denied due to various reasons - box had too much of a lip from the lid so it was an 'irregular shape' and would cost $40 to mail (it's a 4x5x5in box), wouldn't fit in the small bag so they suggested I buy a large bag and mail it as irregular or I could buy a larger box they sell, could not ship due to potential of ruining my box so i needed to buy their box, ect I gave up trying to mail my box and went elsewhere with no problems. At an additional visit, I requested that they just mail out a letter I brought with me, the store accepted it - only to have the letter returned to me a week later because they didn't inform me that it needed another stamp to be adequately sent. THIS SHOP IS A WASTE OF TIME for anything other than basic Amazon returns - all they can do is scan labels premade for them read more

I went here last week to do an Amazon return and had my worst experience at any UPS store. Staff are rude and not helpful. They wanted to charge $9 to use their tape to enclose the box I had that held the item to be returned. Will never go back to this location again. read more

If you choose to read any review PLEASE read this one! Here's what happened: Yesterday I was UPSET (not because of this store) but I found out that the UPS driver did not deliver my package! The online UPS customer service let me know that I could pick up the package at this store location! So I called and spoke with Annie. First of all, she was so patient and KIND! I was so upset and she could tell but she was so friendly still (the issue is not related to her store at all, just with UPS online) and so I explained to her that I couldn't even get through to UPS customer support to speak with a real person, only the robot! I was extremely frustrated!!! Can you believe Annie actually offered to call UPS for me!!!! That is ABOVE AND BEYOND customer service. But it doesn't stop there, it gets even better. So the next day, corporate UPS failed me (not this store) but Annie actually called me back the day AFTER and let me know she had received packages and wanted to let me know that one may be mine. Annie has restored my faith in humanity. I know it sounds dramatic, but she knew how worried I was and wanted to follow up!!! If it wasn't for Annie, I would never use UPS again but now I know what store I need to go to for all of my UPS needs! Annie really cares about her customers and I will recommend her UPS store to all my friends and family. Thank you Annie for your exceptional customer service. read more

As ridiculous as this is. You pay for shipping at this location and if in the store and purchased their label, they don't charge you, but if you bring a label in, they charge you over $2.00 . Goes right along with all these companies currently gauging the customer. I know FEDEX never charges to print off a label when you use their services. Ridiculous!! read more
