It's especially convenient for drop offs and bringing in packages so they'll compare prices between carriers for you. They also carry a solid supply of shipping materials that you may need. The staff is also always very friendly, but at times may not be the most knowledgeable, this is usually ok though as they'll consult one another and get the necessary information. However, last time I went I was using a flat rate usps box and when I handed it over I was quoted twice the actual price, I know this for a couple reasons, the first being that it was a flat rate box and the prices are published. The second being that I just kind of said I'll think about it and went to the post office down the road who shipped it for the actual price which was literally half what the postal annex worker had quoted me. Now I'm not sure why their price was so high for the same carrier (usps) other than assuming that he did not quote the base price and instead quoted a price with add-one like insurance, tracking, etc. without asking me. Overall though I have always had positive experiences, and would still highly recommend, just would warn to be a little weary and ask some questions about specifics.

After months and months of planning, reservations, research, spending, and family and friends booking flights and lodging... I was about to be absolutely crushed with shame and embarrassment at being unable to attend my own wedding. I still don't completely understand how I missed such a basic requirement, thinking my passport was valid for the better part of a year! I rushed online to research some kind of solution, believing I was simply f-ed, and Legal Passport was an option. I contacted them and worked with Paul, and the same day he had me on track to put my documentation and authorizations together, ship overnight to his courier team, an appointment at the regional agency for an urgent passport (I do not live in a state with an agency and would have had to flown to one, assuming I could get an appointment). I found out this disaster was the case on Saturday, had the documents with Paul's team on Monday evening, the passport processed completely by the government by Tues evening, and the passport in my hand on Friday with 5 days to spare. Really incredible. I have read reviews that Paul is rude or otherwise unprofessional. This was not my experience. He can be sharp, but it is because he wants perfect execution of what you need to put together and send so that there are no hiccups and you receive your passport. Every hang-up will be a delay and reduce your chances. He is not a magician - the government can simply take a long time or have an issue with something minor that you missed. He was extremely responsive to me on call and email and took sometimes 8 calls from me in a day. I also imagine he is dealing with a ton of very stressed people looking for an instant fix to an issue. Paul and his team helped me avoid what would have been an absolute catastrophe both financially, emotionally, familial-y. Thank you so much to you and your team. I highly recommend Legal Passport.

The Hanna and the other staff were genuinely friendly and very helpful throughout the two days I spent gathering paperwork and setting up my private mailbox service. Today when I signed all the forms and paid $235 for 6 months of service, I was completely satisfied with the customer service. However, within 10 minutes of hanging up the phone, an urgent unforeseen circumstance occurred that required me to cancel my mailbox. I immediately called back to request cancellation and a refund. Hanna told me I needed to wait for their manager, who would be in within 40 minutes. When Joe, the manager, called, I was shocked to learn that their \"no refund\" policy meant they would keep my entire $235 payment - despite my having used the service for exactly 10 minutes. This policy turned what should have been a 5-star experience into complete disappointment. For $235 and 10 minutes of actual service, some level of reasonable accommodation seems fair to expect. The initial customer service was excellent, but management's inflexible approach to immediate cancellations is deeply concerning. **Buyer beware**: Make absolutely certain you won't need your money back before paying. Their no-refund policy applies even to immediate cancellations, regardless of circumstances.

This makes so much sense to share spaces and stop the unnecessary building of more locations. Here, I am able to stop off my Amazon returns, and pick up other items I may need for work or a party. The staff is always kind and helpful. The location feels organized and clearly divided the various services. Reasonable prices, but there is definitely an opportunity to drop some prices because of the rent they are saving on it seems by sharing a space. More customers, means more opportunity and lower prices means more customers. This location is near Walmart, so sharing a space and dropping the price (possibly) could allow them to be more competitive with their neighbor a couple doors down. Today, it did an Amazon return, and they are always efficient and they have streamlined the process significantly. There is plenty of parking and this location is easy to access. One tip I have for Amazon is your return options should also give a choice to choose the closest location to your current location, not just the addresses in your account. This could open up return locations while people are out and about.
