I brought Mr. Warren Glazer two sentimental blades that I had foolishly left in damp storage for far too long, one an old British Army Golok and the other a Gurkha Kukri. They had developed rust and were in far worse shape than I care to admit. I asked Warren if there was anything he could do, even partially, to remove the rust and restore a proper edge. He did a magnificent job. The care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail were obvious the moment I saw the results. He brought them back to life far beyond what I expected, and the sharpening was excellent. What really impressed me, in addition to the quality, was the value. Despite the time involved, he only charged $32.00. Honest, skilled, and deeply professional. If you have kitchen knives, tools, or any blades that need restoring or sharpening, do yourself a favor and take them to Warren. You will be glad you did.

I had a terrible experience with this company and with their customer service staff…read more I am a graduate student and ordered 500 business cards in November. They arrived in January. I expected some time between ordering and delivery but two months is kind of pushing it to the extreme. But that is not my major issue. When the cards arrive they had what I approved in the proof AND the words "Title 2" and "Title 3" printed underneath my name. I opened the box to see if this was a misprint on the displayed card, however it was on all 500 cards. I called the customer service line and a woman named Donna told me the electronic error that occured (the system timed out and it added the text back that I deleted) but offered no sort of solution on how to fix the misprinted cards. Her advice was basically, put in the order again. I asked if I could be charged again and she said, "yes!" My response was, "why would I use this service again when you messed up the job the first time?" She did not respond. If this error happens enough for you to be able to tell me how it happened I feel as if the website should be tweaked or add a final proof step at the end after you enter your card information. Donna said that the proof is saved as a PDF and goes to print without any sort of quality assurance. My school recommended this service to me and my Fellowship students so I asked if they had any input on how to deal with the misprinted cards. They had previously worked with the company so I thought it would be good to ask them to call on my behalf. They called and a man named Joe was extremely rude. He attempted to insult my intelligence by blaming user error and was yelling at the end of the call. This service needs to re-train their customer service staff (or just hirer nicer people), revisit their quality assurance process and think about how small things become big things.

John showed excellent customer service--patient, calm, and willing to go the extra mile to help me even when I didn't have my Amazon return codes. They were such a delightful pair--the Great Dane was especially calm and welcoming for its size, adding a unique, joyful vibe to the experience. Excited for my daughters to encounter them like I had in the past, I asked upon entering, "Where are the puppies?" I was met with silence, followed by a sharp response: "We put them away for the day." I tried to keep things light by saying, "Okay, well, hi--how is everyone?" but received only a curt "We're good." I waited in line quietly until a young lady assisted us. My daughter, overhearing, asked about the puppies, and I explained there was usually a Great Dane and another dog. That's when a male employee interjected harshly: "I had to put the Great Dane down--you should be careful with what you promise." I was stunned, both by the rudeness and the sad news. The female owner then clarified that the dog had MS and could no longer walk, which explained the decision. I truly apologize for unintentionally reopening that wound; I had no idea, given the time since my last visit. A lot can change in two years, and I understand the pain of losing a beloved pet. That said, the tone and delivery were unnecessarily aggressive and off-putting. I simply wanted my daughters to share in the positive, dog-friendly experience that first drew me here for my business shipments. Unfortunately, the vibe now feels cold and unwelcoming--the energy is gone, and without that unique niche, there's little reason to return. I'd recommend others take their packages elsewhere for a more pleasant interaction.

I've dropped off UPS packages here multiple times. They are able to take them if you already have the label, but they can't print the labels because they aren't directly affiliated to UPS. For that, you would have to go directly to a UPS store. They are reasonably priced for their other services, and I've used their shredding services as well. Their store is always clean and tidy. I've never had a bad experience here & highly recommend them.
