I have been there about 5 times since and am ever so grateful. Their hours are perfect for any working person and weekends. The Haymarket Post Office on Saturday mornings are a drag. Plus, if they decide to not shut down Post Offices on Saturdays I have a place to use. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. I don't go to the Post Office anymore. The UPS Store is more convenient. I just hope I stop getting the craving to eat at Tony's evertime I go!

Overall it was an excellent experience- really impressive performance really. I've previous top- notch experience with C&F so my expectations were already high. Yet to say they super exceeded my expectations this time would still be an understatement. The pickup crew was professional which instilled confidence. Communication on shipment status was good. Their advice on how to prepare, ship, and insure was valuable.......overall, just as you'd expect from a quality organization. There was a delivery issue- not C&F's fault- yet they stepped up to take care of it. Wow! This was a big deal as it demonstrated how committed C&F was to customer satisfaction. Incredible really. Even Dave L. called afterwards to check on my satisfaction. Wow! As for value....... The quoted price was accurate, and they waaay over delivered IMO. And so of course Amazon sent the items back to me, but now I have to pay an additional $5.99 per return to pick them up at a store instead of my home (UPS won't leave packages unattended at an apartment complex). So in all, I've spent $23.79 because a clerk at this location mis-packed my items. Pro-tip: pack your items yourselves. It'll save you money, time, and a headache.

When I called to find out about a replacement, the woman on the phone quickly retrieved the information and gave me a very reasonable price for not only the mailbox, but it included changing it out and taking away the damaged one. The job was done in a week's time and it was a pleasant surprise to come home and see it all fixed and looking nice. This is one project/repair that went smoothly from start to finish.
