This was my first time visiting this The UPS Store in Garden Grove. The staff were very friendly, and returning my Temu items here was quick and convenient. The employee helping me was very familiar with the process and handled everything smoothly. One small thing to note: Temu returns require a box. I didn't keep the original one, so I ended up buying a box here for $3.82. Also, there are quite a few parking spaces here, but the lot gets pretty busy with cars constantly coming in and out. Just be a bit careful when parking or pulling out. read more

Finally a wonderful UPS location that can do their job! They're located near the same complex as Rodeo 39. I've received fast and great service every time I stop by to drop off Amazon & Happy Returns. They have two to three employees working here at all times so the wait is minimal. I ship a lot of boxes and I have been to all of the local UPS locations. This is by far the best !! The staff is friendly and helpful. The line is never more than 2 people and there is parking right in front of the store, so you don't have to lug packages across the parking lot. read more

I very dissatisfied with the way my packages were handled here. I visited this store today and was extremely disappointed by the level of service and employee training. After scanning pre-paid labels, the young girl repeatedly threw my packages onto the floor in front of me and made me concerned whether they were being properly scanned into the system and about the overall care of customer shipments. In other UPS locations I've used, packages are placed into bins or bags immediately after scanning, not dropped on the floor. I respectfully asked the employee to stop throwing my packages. Poor service received, I will not be using this UPS store again. read more

Located at Rodeo 39 center. Called ahead of time since another location had a homeless, little crazy guy standing in front of the door and no guy workers was currently working... spoke with a guy whom stated no crazy person around . When I got there, a lady and the young gentleman was there. I asked for help as I was returning something super heavy. He was really nice and helped me out. If I'm heading north... I'm very pleased with my experience here every time I go, and am so happy such a great UPS location opened up down the street from me. They have long hours and parking has always been easy for me, though I'd imagine it might be tough Fri-Sat in the evening when Rodeo 39 gets really busy. Weekend mornings are no problem, though. I've purchased stamps, made numerous Amazon returns, and have dropped off some letters to mail via USPS. The employees have always been friendly and knowledgeable, happy to give me a receipt for my returns, take my letters from my hand, and even recycled a box for me that I brought my returns in. At other locations, I've had employees fight me to give me a receipt for returns (then had my returns lost) and tell me to go put my letters in their mail slot myself. I've never had any returns lost in transit at this location, and they also make printing return labels easy. I'm definitely not going to any other UPS location but this one from now on. Shoutout to the helpful and friendly employees here who are willing to go above and beyond to make for a good customer experience. read more

The girls working there were really friendly and patient with me as I was searching for the barcodes. They didn't even charge me for a piece of tape unlike the location on Chapman! I highly recommend this location for all your shipping needs. They even print posters and business cards! read more

I had a really disappointing experience here. I asked if I could have an unused box to pack an Amazon return, and they wanted to charge me **$7** for what was essentially trash--an unused, leftover box! I understand businesses need to make money, but charging for something they were going to throw away anyway seems excessive. Definitely not the kind of service or value I was expecting. Love this location. I use it as an access point for all my packages as well. Service is friendly and consistent. They are fast, organized and efficient. You can also rent PO Box here with access after hours. I always go offpeak hours so Rodeo 39 isn't too busy and always have parking in front of the store. They have a couple reserved parking spots so that always helps as well. read more

I highly recommend opening a mailbox here, especially if you buy a lot online. Easy to pick up and avoid mail theft.
