Good for buying shipping supplies (tape, envelopes, boxes, etc.) and they also accept regular outgoing mail drop offs so you don't have to drive all the way to the post office. read more

To the extremely rude person, as echoed by other reviewers, I hope the holidays cheer you up a bit. After bringing an Amazon return, she simply said you need a bigger package. I thought that was not required when it's already in a package. She charged me. I asked if I could use their customer computer to print a label, she said no. She charged me. I asked if there was a cost for her to print she said yes. I was charged for a bag that was not required by Amazon, a label that I could've printed for less than what she charged - based on their computer pricing - 3 inches of tape, for a package that didn't need it, and an attitude that I wish wasn't around. The other lady that works in here is super nice; I wish she'd transfer that to Ms. Grumpypants. I've been to this store more than a dozen times, and when I see the grumpy person I just leave; it's not worth the aggravation of having her take my Amazon packages and charge me for bags that Amazon has said are not required. I know we're all living in a pandemic and things are super nuts, but if you want business act like it; otherwise, I'm going elsewhere. read more

Wow! So rude. I went into the store with my fiancé one day to ask about personal mailboxes. An older lady there was so rude. I thought, ok. I will call instead. After all, I wouldn't have to deal with her if I am just running in to grab my mail. Again, the older lady responded. Again, RUDE! It is like she doesn't want business. She tells me everything horrible about the service and the requirements I have. Ok. That is fine once I want to sign up. But I was just calling for a quote. She was condescending and standoffish. I went to return two items one via UPS and one vi USPS. Got the UPS item taken care of and then handed my package to be mailed which was a shirt. I noticed she was asking me a lot of questions, and then told me it was going to cost me almost $11, which is when I realize of that she was trying to send it via UPS. I told her that I wanted to mail it, and for some reason she went to another part of the store where I could not see her, and came back and told me that a 10 ounce package would cost me almost $10 to mail. I took my package and said I will go to the post office. I looked up the rate, and my package may cost me three dollars to mail to the post office. My daughter commented that she saw her putting her hand on the package and pushing down while she was weighing it. Not impressed. read more

Very rude. Stopped by to ship a package and have a few documents notarized. The lady who appeared to be in charge said the notary was not there. When I politely asked her when she would be there she replied "I have no idea". We turned around and walked out the door and drove to Ft Worth where they we extremely polite and accommodating. read more

I've been using the UPS Store in GRANBURY for a few years and what a great place to do business. I have watched the ladies dash to the door to help open the door for people coming inside with their hands full and bend over backwards to make sure their customers are taken care of. read more

I've been overcharged a couple times at the Granbury store. Big difference in what ups site says and this store. A 50x19x8 package at 21 lbs with 700 value to Detroit on ups site says 74.00 and at the granbury store 87.00 . Package was actually 49" and she said that but looking at the ticket she put in 50. If you can pay and print a label ahead of time your better off. If you look at ups store overcharging you'll see many complaints and also a class action lawsuite from a couple years ago. Shipping is getting high as it is without being overcharged. UPS say's they have no control over what a franchise charges so that's why it's better to print your own label and just use them to drop off or be sure to compare prices with usps and fedx when you have a large package. usps priority mail boxes are great if your item fits in one. read more

This staff in this store is amazingly friendly and helpful. We moved from Atlanta to Granbury a year ago and needed a place for mail forwarding until we purchased a house. The post office required me to be here in person to open a post office box, which I could not do. I called the UPS Store and was able to open a mailbox remotely which was a big help during the move. The staff in this store is very friendly and helpful. Sherri, the store manager, is so helpful that I call her my new best friend. We have also shipped packages from the store - an easy and pleasant experience. read more

Came in and asked to send a letter Certified Letter. Informed Dallas that I HAD to have a signature. She talked me into sending Ups ground and assured me that a Signature would be received. Well a signature was NOT received per the tracking. When I called and spoke to the Manager, She was rude! I explained that I would have to resend BECAUSE I have to have a Signature. I asked to a refund. She REFUSED!! I asked to speak to the owned PATRICK. She refused! I am NEVER doing business with this franchise location again. Very POOR customer service! Very helpful service. They are open longer than USPS, and can ship USPS. Cool! I use them for both UPS and USPS. Their pack and ship service is extremely expensive, though, so be sure to ask for some sort of estimate before dropping something off, unless money isn't an object. Great service! read more

Dropped a pre-paid package off. The label wouldn't scan. They said they couldn't take it if it didn't scan, then suggested I forward the e-mail with the prepaid label to them. I did, they printed it, then said "that will be $2.11". Now let me see if I get this right: UPS has been pre-paid to ship a package and wants me to print the label using my paper and my ink and my printer. If the label doesn't print perfectly for their scanner to pick up the scan, they charge me $2 to print a label for me so I can ship a package that has already been paid for. VERY poor customer service. And the office manager was rude, barking orders at the clerk...."she' this and "she" that, while I'm standing right there. Hostile environment. Worse UPS store I have ever seen. I will drive to Fort Worth if I ever have to use a UPS store again. read more
