After nickel and dime experiences from another local UPS store and their refusal not to charge for Amazon package shipments (covered by Amazon), I chose to shop different UPS stores and this one is a diamond. They are kind when you enter, and kind when you leave. Because I do a lot of shipping, for personal and work, I need a UPS store that is efficient and knowledgeable. And these folks are. They follow policies for Amazon and provide you with options for shipments. While I was working with a trainee, he was super detailed and made sure what he worked on was correct. So, to the owners of this location and to the hard workers, keep it up! I will make this my go to place. P.S. I drive 30m our of my way to come here; they're that good! read more

I started selling stuff online a little over a year ago and I found this place to start shipping items. I've been in here multiple times by this point and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They remember me every time I am there and are always happy to help me no matter the size of the item I need shipped. I typically get an estimate for the shipping and they are always efficient at getting a good price for me quickly. I was completely disgusted with this store manager. I sent in a file to have printed for my event the next day that had my web address printed at the bottom. But what I received back from them wasn't what I sent in. It was the wrong web address which made the flyer entirely useless. When I called them back about the incorrect address the lady who is the manager told us that this was not her problem at all and she wasn't going to fix it. So if you are expecting decent customer service - this is NOT the place to go. read more

My husband and I had 2 large packages to return, and had to get a QR Code scanned for 1 of them. The young redhead girl was so rude to both my husband and myself! She couldn't get the QR code to scan and was extremely pushy and unpleasant, It seems she was annoyed and wanted us to load our package back up and get out of the store. Thank goodness a brunette haired lady with glasses stepped in, who was nice, smiling and very helpful. Who would have guessed it, she got the QR Code to work, interesting. It's terrible that 1 person can give a business such a bad rap. I didn't get names, but hopefully the young lady can get some coaching on customer service and how to scan QR codes, soon. read more

I do not know who Jenny J is or what was going on with her order, but I have ordered numerous items from UPS Store and they are always perfect.
