The gentleman at the desk said in a brusk tone, "You gotta a label?". No hello, no nothing. I replied by saying that he could be nice about it, and he just grunted (really). The Assistant Manager, Kory, came up, stared at me, and then said something to the effect that they are working on improving (paraphrasing). Kory said this with such emptiness and lack of sincerity that I responded with, "no, you won't". Kory's response was to say that "At this point I don't care what happens". It went downhill from there. I like to believe that all of the people working there today, including Kory, are better than this. It never hurts to be courteous and simply nice. Anyway, hopefully, you all will have a better experience. For what it's worth, I will not use Fedex again if at all possible.

She was a perfect employee. She was absolutely hospitable, helpful, kind. I live in Connecticut, but was going to fly into Greensboro to stay with my sister for a period of time. I literally called this FedEx store ahead of time to get some thing printed before I flew into town... I called up the FedEx store, spoke to Isis, she was able to help me with everything right away. Completely knowledgeable. Completely kind, helpful. She took customer service to the next level. She was the best. When I flew into town, I called and emailed to connect about everything... They say it's all set. So then I show up at the time they say everything is ready... Everything is printed, completely beautifully!!! I had brought in a poster frame to put in the printed poster that they printed... It all fit perfectly beautifully... Everyone at this location was totally supportive, kind, professional... It was really great to work with all of them. Everything went completely smoothly from start to finish! They are a really great team. As well, while it's a bit pricey, the quality of the print--an 24 x 36 -- is SUBURB. Pricey, but, worth it. And Isis is GREAT.

We were told that because we didn't watch the entire packing process and watch them put on the labels, it's not their problem. We watched them make the boxes, put in the computers and throw the correct label into each one. I didn't know we had to micromanage them to protect ourselves. That would have required going into the back of the store anyway, which is not allowed.

I stumbled upon The Pack n Post on Google and figured I'd give it a shot. It was such an easy process, the staff was helpful, and there's a good variety of different knickknacks and snacks. I also loved they have a separate station to complete your packaging-tape, packing supplies, and pens. I'll definitely be using this again in the future!

I knew that it was one of my fan units going bad, but wasn't sure which one. I have an above average knowledge of computers, but have never made any repairs on my own. For that matter, never before have I needed to take a PC in for repairs. I was a little unsure about where to go. Initially, I took my PC to a famous "big box" store that's known for keeping repair staff on site. Considering they wanted to charge me $69.99 just run a diagnostic and tell me what I already knew was wrong, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Upon searching Yelp for a local computer repair business, I found The Computer Dept. After reading their website and getting a feel for their business, I decided to give them a shot. I am so glad that I did! Steve at The Computer Dept determined that my video card's cooling fan was busted. He had a new card ordered, installed and running within twenty-four hours. On top of that, his price blew the "big box" store away! I was able to get my PC completely repaired (and upgraded for that matter) for just a little more than what the "big box" was going to charge for the diagnostic! Who knows what the "big box" would have charged me if I'd actually let them repair it! When at all possible, I try to keep my business local. I am not fond of having to write a negative review. Nor am I fond of being ripped off and ignored…read more My iMac with an older operating system was being hacked. Not fun. The Computer Dept said that they would, for $160 plus tax (I double-checked the price with 'P'), wipe the computer clean, save my documents, and that "it would be like a new computer." Upon delivery they charged me $256, adding on travel time and answerIng questions no one had previously mentioned. What they apparently didn't know is that the Apple Apps that I had used to access my documents are no longer available, even though it was the EXACT same operating system and computer I had. So it is basically useless to me. Why didn't they know that? While they offered to try to get those apps, they found only one of three and it has issues. The fonts are messed up, so when it prints, it's all distorted. I have no access to my accounting and spreadsheets data, nor my art. I do appreciate that at least one person was trying, maybe more to get the apps, but they couldn't. Yet one would think they would have either known that or tested it before delivery. I think there's even possibly a way they could've added those apps from another computer at their store. Not sure. Instead, they actually blamed it on my system. I am not happy to say the least, but they became contentious telling me that my computer was already useless when hacked and that I needed to buy a new one!! I thought I was getting one as good as new. If they believe that, they should never have taken my money. When I spoke up they said they were "ending their professional relationship with me." I certainly didn't see it professional to not take responsibility if a service renders a computer's files inaccessible. What I HAVE is a (hopefully) clean computer with Internet (which my iPad has), ability to open, access but not print documents, no access to important accounting or slideshows. What I DO NOT HAVE is money to buy a new computer. Professionals with ethics would say, "We didn't know this was going to be a problem. We take full responsibility and will refund your money since we did not deliver a usable computer as promised." Instead, they're not responding. I don't know if their Macintosh knowledge is not very good, but in any regard, they should have found a way to either deliver a workable "good as new" computer as promised or refund my money. Maybe you were lucky and got what you needed from this company. But if you have problems, apparently you can forget them taking responsibility, responsive customer service, or compensation for their errors. And absolutely without doubt this was their error.
