Parking can get a bit hairy at times but I'm normally always in and out so I can just pull in front of the store for a quick drop off. I love that their self kiosk is always working so if you're doing Amazon returns or just dropping off pre labeled packages, you can skip the line and move on with your day. I've never used it but they do have the mailboxes if you're in need.

While I was waiting in line to be helped, the person he was working with expressed that she did not expect her shipping cost to be so high and asked if there were less expensive options. His response was, "We're not the post office". She decided to go somewhere else. When it was my turn, he barely acknowledged me and only said in a harsh tone, "put it on the scale". My transaction was a simple drop-off so I just let it go and left, but I left annoyed and unsatisfied with the service I received. This is the second time I have witnessed this person act this way toward a customer, so I don't think is an isolated incident. I will no longer go to this store and I will also think twice before using UPS for my shipping needs. I'm sure there will be the standard response to this post from UPS stating that this is concerning and that they will endeavor to improve. In the end, I know that this will go nowhere with management and higher-ups who simply do not want to deal with issues like this, and really don't need to because they already have more business than they need.

Having never used their printing services…read morebefore, I was promptly assisted at the counter by one of the with knowledgeable employees about the different paper weights and feel that they had in store. They had a large selection of paper to choose from, and they provided me with suggestions of paper to choose. Then they assisted with printing the document. I realized the document was not formatted correctly, so I sat in one of their work stations to fix it. Once completed, we reprinted the document and it looked perfect. It was great value, costing less than a dollar for two documents printed on nice paper in color. I would revisit this location in the future for my printing needs.
