I was the only person in the store. She chose to label other packages in the store instead of assisting me. When questioned, she said the boxes were there first. After 10 minutes of waiting, she has me move to another register. I was trying to see her name plate and she turns it towards me and says "can you see it?!" She was rude throughout my transactions. Then she throws a UPS store card at me and says I can leave my review there. There are many struggling, capable people who would love to have the job that she apparently hates. I am very hopeful that UPS would rather have a pleasant, customer-oriented person representing their company instead of this miserable, bad-mannered, impolite individual. Common courtesy isn't hard. I will not use this location again and also will avoid UPS when possible.

I would highly recommend you DO NOT go here but I understand everyone's experience will be different. First , I waited 15-20 minutes or be greeted then another 15-20 to be helped. While the guy was nice he was not sure what to do. I did over heard after the fact that he is new. He was in the phone with someone trying to fix a printer instead of taking care of us in person. When I did get to the counter he had great customer service but was clearly overwhelmed. I was the second customer. I had Avery labels (200) which for a small business is a lot. We did a test print and the print came out great. We printed the rest. As they're printing he charges me. After the fourth page the ink starts to go out which I will insert photos. 160 stickers / 16 pages of labels are ruined. I show them he apologizes and tells me I will be refunded for the print and merchandise. He takes my information and says he'll get back he doesn't know how to refund it he's new. I get an email the next date saying it is an assumed risk using my own paper I can come back and pay to have them repented again. No apology no solution just come back reprint and they might get it right this time. Assumed risk is not your printer spewing ink improperly and running my prints. I learned my lesson and will never go back and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to go here either you will have a long wait and if they mess up they will just throw it on you and ask you to pay more. That's bad business in my book. I went to Office Depot with the same files and printed 200+ more stickers and they were perfect. (I'll do a separate review)

I literally called this FedEx store ahead of time to get some thing printed before I flew into town... I called up the FedEx store, spoke to Isis, she was able to help me with everything right away. Completely knowledgeable. Completely kind, helpful. She took customer service to the next level. She was the best. When I flew into town, I called and emailed to connect about everything... They say it's all set. So then I show up at the time they say everything is ready... Everything is printed, completely beautifully!!! I had brought in a poster frame to put in the printed poster that they printed... It all fit perfectly beautifully... Everyone at this location was totally supportive, kind, professional... I came in under a great deal of pressure and urgently needed assistance with multiple services, having documents notarized, copied, and faxed. From the moment Barisi began assisting me, she was kind, attentive, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to ensure everything was completed correctly and went above and beyond by clearly explaining pricing and delivery options so there were no surprises. Her professionalism and genuine care made a stressful situation much easier to manage, and I truly felt valued as a customer. During my visit, I also witnessed a very challenging situation involving another customer who became irate and verbally aggressive toward Mya because they did not want to wait their turn. Despite being treated disrespectfully, Mya remained calm, composed, and professional, continuing to assist customers with grace. Barisi also stepped in appropriately, and together they handled the situation with remarkable poise and teamwork.
