This location is awful. They are SLOW. There were two people working at the counter and on person asking every now and then if anyone had an amazon return. There was only 2 people in front of me and I waited almost 15 min before it was my turn. I wanted to ship a pair of pajamas to Ohio (2 pounds) the fellow at the UPS store in Greer South Carolina told me that if I ship with the USPS it would cost me $70 but if I shipped with the UPS store it would cost me $30 I payed the $30 but then shortly realized there is no way the Postal Service would have charged me $70 to ship a pair of pajamas to Ohio. The man is working with half truths to get me to pay $30 for UPS to ship. in my opinion, this was a scam. read more

One star is too many for this place of business. The staff are rude, disrespectful & ignorant. I shipped a package (Christmas presents) on 12/23/20 and paid for 2 day delivery. I was unable to track the package and still have no ability to track the package. All I get was a "label was created". Each time I called this business for a status of the shipment I got a different response from every person I spoke to, reasons for the delay: 1 - new driver 2 - no UPS pick up for days; 3 - COVID 4 - Holidays 5 - package wasn't scanned properly . . . I asked for a claim # and a UPS corporate # both to no avail. I am still so upset, this business enters into a contract of service which they did not comply with. Not only no service but they lost the package. I will NEVER use them again and requesting a full refund. Also to be reimbursed for the value of the Christmas presents that were shipped to my son from his little sister & I that never were delivered. read more

I use this Greenville UPS store often. The staff are wonderful, always cheerful and helpful. Sometimes I have multiple boxes and they are always very kind. I have to compliment Jorge, he has such a calm demeanor. Today a customer was quite rude to him, repeatedly speaking to him disrespectfully and unwilling to realise her mistake. Jorge handled the situation with great restraint. He spoke softly, respectfully and tried to help her. I commend his professionalism. He is the type of employee you would want working with customers. I visited this store a few weeks ago to ship a quilt and had my two children with me. Being toddlers they were a little energetic. The older woman working accused my kids of pushing buttons on their machine, which isn't suppose to get turned off. I keep an eagle eye on my kids and if they had gone near it, I would have known. I told her "I swear it wasn't my kids" and the other employee working spoke up and said "it was "so-and so" who was working last night" she didn't offer an apology to me. Not sure why I went back, but today went and shipped out a phone and almost choked when they charged me $41 to ship it to Rhode Island. I told the guy "what! I should have gone to the post office" to which he said "yeah, but they don't offer signature confirmation" well, next time I will save myself an arm and a leg and avoid UPS. read more

I consider myself an understanding person, and try to give a lot of room for accidental mistakes. That said, this UPS store is horrendous. Not only did they lose my package, but when confronted with the data (from UPS corporate) denied it vehemently blaming it instead on their driver, conveniently, even though UPS tracking states the package never left the store. my major gripe is with the rude and agressive behavior of the manager, not sure of his name but he was a slightly heavy set man in his 60's with gray hair who had no intention of of believing his store could have possibly lost the package, and no interest in trying to rectify my difficult situation. His answer was, in short, it was UPS,s fault, pay for another shipment and get your money back from them. There is a Staples right up the road from this terrible place, my suggestion use them, they are courteous and professional. read more

Shipped a phone from USA to London, was told by the owner how to ship it to be there in 5 days. Shipped July 18 now almost 1 month later still no phone. I shipped a second phone 10 days later by FedEx which arrived in 3 days. Explained my situation to the UPS store franchise owner and I was told I should have shipped by FedEx to begin with ! Horrible customer service. I wanted an invitation done, was sent the job half done after paying the design fee and told I would have to continue to pay until the job was finished. What was done looked very unprofessional. Will never be back to this store! read more
