Love this UPS store in Hacienda Heights! There's never an issue with finding a parking when I need to drop off my Amazon returns. I love how convenient it is to process my own shipping labels directly at the self service kiosk. No lines! No wait! No fuss! It is a small store but very organized. It is also right next to a 168 supermarket so that's a plus for me to be able to hop right next door to do my grocery shopping. The staff there are very nice and helpful! They tend to open earlier than other UPS location so that deserves a huge star on its own. They sell packing supplies and have mailbox service for very reasonable prices. I came in to ship documents and brought my own shipping envelope -- the exact same type that other UPS Store franchises allow customers to use without issue. This location, however, insisted that I purchase one of their envelopes instead. This wasn't about compatibility or policy consistency -- it was purely about squeezing extra money out of the transaction. I even explained to the manager that this shipment was for a corporation and that we ship with UPS regularly, every single week. I asked directly whether they really wanted to lose ongoing business over something so trivial. The manager's response was simply yes. That answer says everything. Rigid, profit-driven behavior with zero regard for customer relationships or long-term business. Other UPS Store franchises handle this reasonably, so this is clearly a franchise-level decision, not a UPS requirement. Take your business elsewhere -- I certainly will. read more

Came at 11am on Sunday and they weren't open. There was a long line waiting outside (around 10 people including me) and we waited for roughly 20 minutes before leaving to go to a different location. There was no one working inside, lights were off, and the door was locked. German was incredibly helpful, quick and competent. He made the experience very good; helping me print and fax a stack of papers. If I could give zero stars, I would. I trusted UPS with a package worth $15,000. No one at the counter even mentioned insurance. They slapped on a label, sent it off--and then lost it. After repeated delivery reschedules, it somehow "disappeared" at their own facility. And the best they can do? "Sorry, we'll give you $100." Are you kidding me? That $100 doesn't even begin to cover the damage this did to my business. I filed a claim, waited forever for a response, only to be told: "We searched, we can't find it, here's your $100." No accountability. No supervisor to talk to. Just robotic apologies and a pathetic offer of a 20% discount on my next shipment--as if I'd ever trust them again. This whole experience screams negligence or theft, and UPS takes zero responsibility. My business took a huge hit, and they couldn't care less. Absolutely infuriating. If your package is worth anything, avoid UPS at all costs. They're fast to take your money and faster to wash their hands when they screw up. Still this date, supervisor won't call me. My package is still lost. $15,000 is somebody's whole savings account you ruined. read more

I can't thank Nicholes enough for how great he was when I visited Store #0012 on West Pico Blvd. I did not complete the required parts of the forms; I was confused about how to do most of the processes, I needed copies of the notarized forms, and several other things. The young lady worked there on Saturday Jan 11 2025 was not nice. I returned serval Amazon items in a bubble bag, she said the package had to be in box, so I said please sell me a box. She took out a plastic mailing bag and put my bubble mailer into the bag and scan it. I asked is that the same thing as my mailer? She ignore my question and texting on her phone. After all scanned she charged me $5 for the plastic mailer that is completely unnecessary. read more

Unless you like paying a dollar per box for a strip of tape It definitely sucks when the closest UPS Store charges now to tape up boxes $1 per box that are being returned to Amazon. Interesting that you mentioned about me wanting to check out the post office mailbox, you also mentioned about the key that never made it to my hands, but when I went to cancel the service, your so call manager mentioned that he could make the key now because I wanted to cancel it, and because of this I would not want anything to do with your business. I've come here a couple times to send packages and they've always been reliable in getting them to the destination in time. I've always been helped pretty quickly once I arrive inside and since I don't have that much experience sending things out on my own so they were able to answer any questions I may have had without judgment no matter how dumb my questions were. They always had the right packaging items to use to ship so I could also just come in with the item that I wanted to send out, and they would supply the box or envelope that would be perfect to send the item out in. I've sent items to San Diego and overnighted some things to the other side of the US and they have been delivered right on time the next day. Granted, this is during an off season after all the Christmas stuff has died down so I'd imagine they had an easier time sorting through my packages at the time that I sent them. I've had things I've had to send out in a time crunch so I would tell them the date I would need them delivered by, and they would advise me the best kind of delivery that would get it there on time. You do have to be aware of their cut off times for next day delivery if that's what you absolutely need to do, which I think is at 4 pm. They also supply me tracking numbers so that I can keep track of the items that I've sent out. As far as covid regulations they require masks to enter and marked out spots on the floor 6 feet apart. They also supply hand sanitizers at the counter. Overall I've been happy with the service here every time I've come here so far and will continue coming here to send out more packages when I need to. read more

I rarely make a review but I called to ask what time ground shipment is picked up and the said 630. I get there before 6 the guy said normally yes but it was full so he left. Being a business owner i need packages to ship out on certain dates. His reply was send it next day then if you need it to get there. I said I need it out today. He advised there is a store at Whittier that closes at 8. I asked is that for ground to go out or the time they close and he said it's your problem you figure it out. This was today. Rude don't trust your business with this place ----------- I got a quick response telling me how wrong I am. In the store I was responded with it's my problem then and I should ship next day air. They don't realize my customer sent the label with a ups account discount. They also don't care the hundreds of dollars more it would cost for over night to NY. Now I'm being told in the attack response posted below how the customer is wrong. Never believed a business location would respond with an attack. The guy helped me with blonde hair is so rude. After scanning my QR code I accidentally handed the wrong item and told him about it but he got so irritated. He did scan again but I saw him placing in the wrong item so I returned backed and asked him to double check , I did apologized but then he was still so irritated when double checking whether the correct label goes with the correct item . Save your money by purchasing your shipping supplies at another UPS or big box store. This location charges 3 times the price per box as other UPS stores. With receipt, returns on shipping supplies (new and unused) are not allowed because their good conscience would not allow them to return an unused box or shipping supplies because once it leaves the store it is no longer safe to use because it is considered defective. I needed to return an item I bought from Amazon.com and one of the options was to bring it back to a UPS store. For this particular return, I didn't need to box it up, all I had to do was take it to the UPS store and have them scan the bar code from the email from Amazon.
