    Never open on time in the am always closed when you come in the pm and when they are there they give you the worst attitude

We've moved freight with them pretty much all over, and have found them reliable and friendly. The people who work there seem to want to work there, which at least to me, seems rare at a freight company. I can't speak to how they manage their freight at other locations, only how they do it in Los Angeles. They are a "consolidator". They bring in freight to fill trailers - once the trailer is full, and only when it's full, they send it either by truck or by rail to destinations around the country. This can mean slightly longer transit times than what you would maybe expect from a traditional LTL carrier. This also means heavily discounted rates. If you can spare 2-3 additional days beyond the published transit time, just in case, you can save a lot of money with them. This all said, however, in my experience, their trailers are not sitting in the yard that often. It seems they have enough freight in LA to fill up trailers to most destinations nightly, so freight rarely waits. In any case, I've enjoyed working with them, and although they're just one of an arsenal of carriers we use, I think, for their friendly attitudes, ease of cooperation and communication, and fairly quick service for a consolidator, they get my endorsement!

After 60 days of placing my claim I called them, since they never got back to me and they said the claim had been DENIED. Now I need to invest more money and get rid of the damaged merchandise they delivered. HAD A LOSS OF OVER $10,000.00 WILL NOT BE USING AGAIN FOR SHIPMENTS.

    Worst shipping company. There is no communication -- neither…read morewith clients nor internally between their own staff. As a customer, I've had to reach out to them every single time just to find out basic rules. My advice to potential clients: 1. Window period for luggage: When moving back to your home country as an international student, there may be a limited "window period" for your luggage to arrive. The company will not notify you of this -- you must ensure your shipment arrives within that timeframe yourself. 2. Complete documents quickly: Finish all online documentation within 24 hours of collection. Their system is not user-friendly, so set aside time to get it done promptly. 3. Read the fine print: Carefully review all terms and conditions and follow them strictly -- the company will not consider your situation or "think in your shoes." In my case, because of my belated documentation and their lack of communication, I abandoned all my seven cartons of luggages. Huge loss!

I never leave bad reviews but this was a terrible experience, terrible service, and ruse sarcastic customer service. The salespeople will promise the world. I have an injured shoulder and asked to be guaranteed door to door delivery. After some time when wondering about my belongings I called. The very rude lady said she couldn't tell me when my items would arrive. She said UPS will deliver them in a month or so. This was the first time I heard UPS was delivering. Meanwhile, I am getting fee on top of fee. They confiscated my masks. The list of prohibited items did not say masks were prohibited. This detail is buried on their website. Meanwhile, I FedExed masks to relatives multiple times. So whose rule is this? They wouldn't say. But they did charge my a large 1050HKD fee. This on top of numerous other hidden fees. Moving on when my goods did arrive they were carelessly thrown downstairs and most definitely not door to door. Look how many times on their site they say door to door. They also claim all over the site they use their own network all the way. they also make this claim when you re on hold. Which you will be many times I assure you waiting to find out where your goods are. So they DO NOT use their own network. They use UPS. SO what is the point? Why pay this premium for them to use UPS? The kicker is their sarcastic customer service rep who after numerous emails will finally get back to you and sarcastically claim that they deeply regret how wrong I was and should have dug through their pages of terms and exceptions. These terms basically negate all of their sales claims. Thank you Jane Elwell of customer service for your late sarcastic reply after numerous emails. Use a better service or just use UPS. You will have tracking and save thousands of USD.
