I boxed, insured & shipped my package at the UPS Store on Valentines Day. The Clerk didnt disclose if I didnt let him package the item the insurance I paid for would be void. All he stated was the price difference. He never stated my insurance would be void if I didnt let him package my item himself. Thats shady business practices. A $500 metal exhaust arrived damaged. Someone ran it over it & crushed it and UPS will not cover it. Ive went back and forth with their Manager Jazz today and she said her cameras dont record audio. So, whoever goes to this location please beware! They will not tell you this vital piece of information, "YOUR INSURANCE, YOU PAY FOR, IS VOID IF YOU DONT LET THEM PACKAGE YOUR ITEM AT THE COUNTER EVEN IF THEY DAMAGE YOUR PACKAGE". This $500 Valentine's Present arrived crushed and they said, "Sorry, even if we damaged it theres nothing UPS will do." This is what the crushed exhaust looked like upon arrival. If I could give this UPS Store zero stars I would! I advise everyone to record your experience especially if you come into this location with a box ready to ship. I would give this store 0 if I could. waited at store front because door was locked. The times clearly states closing at 4pm. An old white male came from his car unlocked door, saw I was waiting and rudely locked the door behind him, with no explanation. Why is there so much HATE in this world. This location has great staff, always helpful. It's rare that this location is terribly busy in my experience. Getting a mailbox here was a breeze - I wish I still lived over in Henderson near this location, instead smack dab in the middle of the city on Paradise, but they are always nice enough to let me know if I have mail if I call in prior to making the ghastly drive over there. I'm sure that may be standard behavior, but it's still good customer service. read more

Honestly just came to the store to place a return for an Amazon package, they in fact do so the comment below is a Karen most likely the process no joke took 45 seconds to a min then again I personally came in at 8:05 am 5 mins after they open so I don't have to deal with lines or people in general but the two lovely lady's in the front were polite and professional I will be coming back for sure. They really went beyond my expecations this time. I had a package to return via UPS, and had already printed out and attached my return label. All that I needed to do was to drop it off at a UPS store. I ran in to the store, thinking that I would just hand the package to the clerk and be on my way. Not at all. The clerk took the package, checked it in and then printed out a receipt with the tracking number so that I would have a record of it. This was a nice touch. I had come to this location a while back to ship an item, but did not have a box. I was able to choose a box, and they then packed and shipped my item right away. read more

The staff here are super energetic and quick at what they do!! Me and my partner came in to print some documents and didn't even know that they Notarize here too. I go here from time to time to avoid the long lines from the post office, sometimes this location has a very very long wait time. I am not sure if I like the young adults that do work here, they still have the high school mentality, judging by their social skills I very well can tell this is their very first job they have had. I recently was made aware that ALL UPS stores are not actually UPS affiliated and anyone who works at a UPS store is not affiliated with UPS, they simply just work in a tiny brick and mortar store. Which means they cannot get away with the bad attitudes and poor customer service like the Post Office because believe me I have no problem going up the ranks to get what I want. I do believe everyone who works at this location is related in some way so that's where the attitude comes from. "I cant be fired because mama is the manager" Make it easy on yourselves and just go online and pay the postage and put on the shipping label, it saves a lot of time from standing in line. I just go in there and set my pre paid items on the counter. read more

I started going to this location only because it was closest to my house. However, time after time I continue to have the best customer service ever! Most recently, I needed to fax my son's immunization records to his school. They copied the records for me and tried to fax them. The line was busy and so was I. They knew I needed to leave. They offered to keep trying to send it and call me when it went through. I thanked them. 20 minutes later, as I was grocery shopping, I got the call that my fax had gone through. I asked for a confirmation number and they offered to send it to me via email. They did immediately. Besides the willingness to go above and beyond by the employees at this location, the store is always clean, well maintained and fully stocked. I shipped two boxes to two different different addresses, one of which was time sensitive. They are careless about their work as I discovered later, both boxes had been shipped to the same address, even though my address labels were boldly printed and quite clear. The individual handling my order was too busy talking to other people in the store and obviously not paying attention to what she was doing. UPS was also unhelpful in correcting the problem and would do nothing for me. That was after almost a one hour wait for their customer service. so i had a fairly foul experience here. i'm trying to get my TV professionally packed and shipped out to boston. i go to another place to get the box, and go to UPS to ask them how much it would be to pack the tv properly if i already have the box, the young black (sorry for the somewhat stereotypical and borderline racist description but i didn't catch his name) employee working behind the desk proceeded to quote me 8-16 dollars to pack it. I was pretty ecstatic, being that the place where i bought the box quoted me at like 60 dollars starting to pack it. so i ask him, definitely 16 dollars at most? great, i'll go get the TV, can you guys do it today? "sounds like a plan" he responds, and all the way back home i go to get my TV. Get the TV, lug it back to UPS, i see the same guy again and he cheerfully welcomes me and invites me to set the TV down on the counter. he runs into the back, and i hear him say to a colleague, "hey can you come out and help me pack this?" then out from the back comes this dinosaur of an old man who probably packed noah's ark back in the day (why in the world UPS employees people who are over 2000 years old who can barely life a sheet of paper is beyond me) walks up to me and says, "60 dollars JUST for packing." and i say, excuse me? 60, as in six zero? your employee here just told me it would at most be 16 dollars? The young dude I had been dealing with then proceeds to say, that's not what the chart says over there? i went off of that...the dinosaur responds, "no there's a SPECIAL one for TVs, this will be $60." young black dude, if you by chance come across this, you did no wrong. i was happy with your service albeit being inconvenienced and misinformed. but tell your fossil of a boss to learn some fucking customer service. if one thing is promised, it better pull thru. you guys need to eat the cost if that's the case. lugging around a TV all over town with a set expectation, and then not following thru is not my idea of a good use of time. all in all, don't go here. the old ass people working here are rude as shit, and don't back their other employees. to be quite honest, i've had only mediocre experiences with UPS as a whole to date, i think my money will be going to fedex and box bros from here on out. read more
