I've been coming to this location for a while and the staff is always friendly, usually teenagers working, but they're professional for the most part. Up until now, I've never been told there was a fee for printing a label or for sending the email with the label. I can understand a small charge for printing, but a fee just to email the label feels like nickel-and-diming. The bigger issue is disclosure. These fees aren't posted anywhere, there's nothing on the sign where they advertise their email address, and I've never been charged before. When I asked where the fees were listed and looked at the sign, the response was, "Oh, it wouldn't be on there." So again, how am I supposed to know before you ring me up, especially if I've never been charged or told before? They also don't have pricing displayed anywhere except on the products for sale. So just a heads-up: if you're planning to use extra services like printing or emailing, ask about the cost first. Otherwise, you may be surprised by charges that aren't clearly listed. read more

The customer service is horrible. They're so rude, especially the skinny, young girl with the huge Elvis glasses. She has the customer service of a plant. I said "thank you," when she should be saying thank you and the proper response is you're welcome, not "uh hmm." Wow, what incredible service this place has. This is the new UPS Store in Inspirada area and I'm so glad they opened up over here. They not only handle online printing, shipping, and whatnot, but they also process Amazon returns, which is why I made my way in here. They're located in the same shopping center as the gas station and Liquor World. I came in this afternoon (a Tuesday) to bring some Amazon returns that have been stacking up in my doorway for quite some time. A couple people were ahead of me in line but the nice employee that was working still greeted me as soon as I walked in, which I thought was really nice. I had a few returns to do, and one I didn't even notice said that I would package it. Luckily I brought in some extra boxes and the employee was so nice, she just said don't even worry about it, just leave it in that box and I'll pack it up for you! How kind!!! I will definitely be using this location for online printing (I do a lot for work) and for my shipping and Amazon returns. Two thumbs up from me and five stars for sure! read more

Be VERY cautious taking Amazon returns to this location. I have been a customer for a while as logistically this location is very close to my home. However, I will now be taking my business elsewhere. I brought (3) packages in for Amazon returns. The associate, who seemed bored with his job, scanned each of my (3) QR codes, or so I thought. Within an hour, two of the three return refunds came through via notifications to my phone. The third however, and ironically the most expensive, did not. I called the store right away. No answer. I tried calling again and after explaining the above was told, "Oh, that happens often actually, just email us the (3) QR codes and we'll re-scan them for you right away." This seemed slightly odd to me, but I went ahead & sent the QR codes via the email I was provided right away. I also asked for a confirmation to let me know this had been taken care of. To this day it's been nothing but crickets-- I still have not received a response. Subsequently, I've since had to open a case with Amazon. I'm currently out over $150. It's become such an incredible hassle. read more

I had the BEST experience today trying to do the most time-consuming and annoying transaction ever. I came in to ship off some equipment for an event in New Orleans. I was under the impression that it would be a simple drop off, but I ended up being at the counter for 45 minutes while on the phone with the person from Chicago who was in charge of organizing this shipment. Taylor was the employee who was assisting me and she was truly the BEST. She was soooo patient, so kind, and extremely helpful. She really tried to make the best out of the situation. This is a new store. They don't get very much customer because of their location is out in Inspirada. That means you will get the attention and help you need asap. I like to drop off my packages at this location because it's not busy at all. Definitely come here if you need one on one help with something. read more
