Rude ! I cannot get over how rude the staff was on Sunday 9/7. Not a greeting when I walked in the door , not a greeting when I came up to the counter. I'm only basing this review on my experiences doing Amazon returns. It's been super convenient dropping them off considering that I only live less than 5 minutes away. I know I can also drop returns off at kohls and Whole Foods. But that would be about a 15 minute drive for me and I just want things to get done ASAP. I've never had to wait long at all. Most of the time, I'm the only one in there; in and out in under a minute. The employees are friendly and fast. Errand done!! I don't want to affect their rating because the service has been good, but I've been coming here for several years and I don't remember at what point the smell became an issue but it's been quite a while now, and a couple times the door was even open and it still smelled like BO/musty so bad it was nauseating, I couldn't get out fast enough. read more

This UPS store is open later than most others in the area and staff is efficient and friendly. They answer their phone and my questions, so I can get in and out quickly to go about my day. The center is busy, so traffic can get a little congested. Once inside, there is plenty of parking to the side of the building. The store is clean and organized. I've dropped off multiple returns and most recently an old Cox Cable modem that I shipped back for free due to an upgrade at home. read more

Wow, just WOW!! Now I've used to have a mailbox at one of the other UPS store in Las Vegas and the staff there been great (till new staff arrives) So I noticed not ALL UPS stores are alike, depends on location, staff, etc. This spot has a GREAT location (right near Costco, etc) and is also somewhat close to my work. But what really makes this place great is the STAFF. Now I've dropped off Amazon returns here quite a few times (usually after work) But today I needed to drop off an exercise bike around lunch time. I was going to drop it off at another UPS store (but they were super busy) Figured I would try this spot. Sure enough there's 2 staff working and only 1 customer. Perfect. But sadly I'm supposed to disassemble the bike first so it'll fit into the original box. Of course I forgot my tools but luckily Thomas was extremely helpful. Not only did he help me with the dissemble, he also offered a box (which I believe I'm supposed to purchase) and custom fit/cut/taped it so it was ready for pickup. Also wanted to point out that Thomas did all this while still taking care of customers (that were dropping Amazon returns) so he was juggling and taking care of business! Thomas went above and beyond his job description/requirements, this is the type of staff that will keep repeat customers. It's absolutely ridiculous that this store charges $2.00 to print a return label. It doesn't cost more than .25 cents for a silly piece of paper and some toner. The child working the desk has a rude sharp mouth on him and talks back...worse than the crying baby that was there too! read more

Worst UPS branch in Las Vegas. That one Islander guy that works there is so lazy and incompetent. Once, I asked for a marriage certificate to get notarized and he had no clue what he was talking about. He wasted our time for 15 minutes only to tell us no. I once asked for documents to be notarized and he said no because he just didn't want to deal with notaries when his other coworkers weren't there. The store was EMPTY. Mind you, I also called beforehand and asked when the notary was available only for that notary to tell me he doesn't want to notarize my documents just because he doesn't want to. And he said "well what if people come in? I don't want to deal with that." How about DO YOUR JOB, jesus. Can't even do the bare minimum of his job. The amount of time he took explaining why he didn't want to do his literal job could've been spent notarizing my documents. The whole time... the store was EMPTY!! read more

I stopped in to return some equipment to a local cable company. The service I received was quick and friendly. It was an easy in and out, complete with a confirmation of receipt along with the information that I'd need to call and confirm with the receiving company that they'd received my equipment. Brought a package in 7/31/2021. Paid for shipping, labeled package and cashier took package behind counter to be shipped. Why is it 8/19/2021 and my tracking number says label created but has not shipped... What the what?!? I was the ONLY person in the store. How in the world has the package not shipped? Convenient Location. Lots of Parking. Fast Service. First is location. The closest UPS store near me is the one in the M Resort which has bad reviews for handling fees and being temporarily closed during the pandemic. (The UPS website lists it as open, but it is closed) The next closest one is this one: the St. Rose Location. This location is open! It's right next to Costco with lots of parking. I went in, there were two counters, I was greeted, I dropped of my package, they gave me a receipt as I requested. I was in an out in less than a few minutes. As for the store itself. It's clean. It's new. It supplies you'd expect at a UPS store. This will be my go-to UPS store. read more

I've gone to this store since it opened. Always been satisfied with the staff here - especially because they don't usually nickel and dime me for a $2 piece of tape when it's feasible(and depending on their mood that day). Well today I encountered Robert. From the moment I walked in this man helped me right away with a great attitude. He went out of his way to help me with my packages. He went out of his way to help me get the price down for the right package on my return. Robert is the definition of customer service and what a great experience it was to have the pleasure of working with such a great staff member. If he isn't a manager already, he needs to be soon - because he knows how to make his customers happy so they keep coming back and send more business. Thanks again for your help today sir. Went on a Sunday. Called ahead to be sure there was a notary there. When I arrived a asked for a notary. I handed her 2 pages to be notarized. The norary was to start me pension. The total incumbent was 28 pages. I only took the pages with me that needed the notary. She refused to notarize because I did not have the entire document. The notary is confirming the signature and not the document. The notary should have known that information. Would not do business there again. Too many other businesses that you can use and trust. read more

Singh the manager does not care about customers. They have notary on the door but the notary was at lunch and they wouldn't let her come off lunch to help me and then give her her time back. Instead they told me 5 minutes, but it was not that short time but much longer. Then suggested I just go to another store. I asked for the owner's information and was refused. They are happy to have you put your business elsewhere and not use them and I don't know if the owner knows that or not but obviously if he has employees like this, no one cares about the customer. Then when notary Jennifer was done with her lunch break and singh refused to let her notarize something for me Because I asked for the owner's information and question their customer service. So honestly if they don't care about their jobs or customers, I don't care about their jobs either then. I would not recommend this office at all to anyone even my enemies. I went to the other location at Silverado and Bermuda which is my normal store. I had great service. I did with previous owner at this store as well. I would not go back to St Rose and are making friends and family aware. I also see that Singh, placed their own reviews so they are not true customers leaving the positive reviews. Jennifer the notary just does whatever her boss tells her. No independence and does not care about customers. Who does not want the business in this day and age. I would be worried about having a job with that attitude. But if they treat people like this then maybe they will be out of business. But seeing no one allows access to the owner, maybe he does not care either. Good luck. I also read they steal many packages instead of mailing them. I did not get the name of the one employee that seemed surprised with what went down. I do not blame him. He actually asked if it was ok, and when I said not really, he did no more but had Singh jump in to just keep telling me to go elsewhere. so tried emailing corporate and the "owner" is actually this guy Singh who claimed he was not the owner. Nice to lie to customers to avoid people. This Singh is not in the customer service business clearly. I run a business. It is easy to help someone and go back to your break which I do and have others do.. Of course their breaks are important, do not take them away, just handle the situation better. They messed up my Amazon return and took a month to get my money from Amazon. In September I had them pack and ship some pottery and half were broken when arrived. They gave us a hard time about getting a shipping refund. It took from September to End of October to get the shipping refund. We'll use a different UPS store. read more

I've been to this location quite a few times since it's opened. Used a variety of services, including the notary. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful with plentiful parking. The only negative is there is usually only 1 person on hand, which means they are sometimes overwhelmed with customers. I'm hopeful they'll be able to afford additional staffing soon as the outlet seems otherwise well managed and stresses quality service. read more
