Absolutely amazing service at this UPS Store Me and my son own a small pool cleaning business here in Henderson. We were looking for a good price on business cards and came across our local UPS Store. Surprisingly I found the store owner Tim was running the counter. Tim was extremely helpful and patient. Since I had no design and was basically starting from scratch, he deferred me to his lovely employee Jenn and together she helped me design my business cards from scratch. Tim found me a great price on cards, and If that wasn't enough, he even hand delivers them to me as well as any other printing service I need including pamphlets, contracts, field tickets you name it. A nice employee began helping me mail a few envelopes when another employee hurried out from the back and asked me if I had a mask. I said I do not, I have a medical condition. The woman shrugged her shoulders and said "It doesn't matter." I said that's unfortunate and I will take my business elsewhere. If your business decides to uphold discrimination that is your choice but I want you to know why I will never spend another penny in your store again. This is wrong and I will support businesses who recognize the constitution and do not violate my rights and freedom. It is against the law to require me to cover my mouth and nose against my doctor's recommendations just to mail 3 envelopes. Your employee has overstepped and you should be ashamed. read more

I've been a customer of this UPS Store for years. The staff as well as the owner are unfailingly polite and helpful. There are enough staff that one can almost always be helped immediately. I've never had a problem of any sort dealing with them, and my mail has always been secure. The location is also very convenient, fairly close to the 215, and not too far to the Marks St./Stephanie area of Henderson. The strip mall it's located in has a Von's and a Supercuts among other stores, and a Discount Tire and Big O are within a block, so I can combine errands when I go there. Unfortunately I recently had to relocate. They were extremely helpful and considerate right to the last day I used the service. Highly recommended. read more

Great customer service! I came in looking for a box to ship a big antique mirror across the country for my sister. I was really worried about it breaking on the way since it is very fragile and very old. The store associate who helped me was amazing. They actually had a box made to be an exact fit for the mirror. On top of all that, they even packed it up for me! I was so relieved since I thought I would have to figure it out myself, and didn't even know how much bubble wrap I would need for that thing to not crack on the way over. I decided to get a mail box here because this UPS store was conveniently close to my house, and because I travel a lot for work so my packages would often go missing or never turn up. This store was the only one that offered me 3 months free if I opened for a year which seemed like a pretty good deal to me. I've been with this store for about 2 years now and not one box has failed to turn up since. They're real nice here. I can always call in and ask if I have mail or even have them send it to me if I'm going to be gone for work for long periods of time. I can rest easy knowing my stuff is safe while I'm gone. read more

As someone else had mentioned, the customer service at this location has gone downhill considerably over the past few months. Was driving by this store and saw that their sign in the window on a Sunday afternoon said 'Open' and was lit. Upon trying to enter, I tried their door and it was locked. I would highly suggest turning the light off if the store is closed. read more
