This is a great store. Had issues at home printing so I went here for help. Hanns, the store rep, customer service was exceptional. Usually quick service even with a line of customers with odd requests. Always seem to have at least two staff members on duty and willing to help. Staff answers questions well. Be aware that you'll pay much more for basic postage services than at the good ol' USPS. Also, several other UPS store locations in the Vegas area provided good service too. read more

I think that i will never go to this store again they make mistakes and then try to talk there way out of it. They put our label on the wrong package , denied it and then after days of going after this , they finally admitted the mistake. They also said they are trying to route the package back form were ever it went. I asked reroute from where and they said they are working on it. So long story short they have no clue where they even sent my package that was very costly. Too quick to talk and to slow to pay attention! read more

This is my favorite UPS store!! All of the workers are super helpful and go out of their way to make sure people leave satisfied.

Had a friendly helpful experience at this ups store. I was headed to an interview and needed to print my resume. The two young women there bright up my resume on the computer and called me over to make sure it all looked correct. I used a different program to create the doc so it looked weird. The young woman at the computer helped me update the document so it could look more like I wanted. After we fixed the document they helped me pick out the paper of my choosing and printed my docs for me. They went above and beyond what I expected and will return for any print needs. read more

UPS is overpriced! I asked how much it would cost to ship a wreath, they quoted me $26 and then wanted to charge me $39. They stated it was for packing. No thank you! I went to Walmart got bubble wrap and a shipping box for $3.50 and took it to the post office. It was shipped priority for $11.95! $15 or $40....no brainer! Great service! They are always very helpful, I'm alway on the GO, when I need them to print something I email it ahead of time and they have it ready for me when I get in. Same for faxing, I have clients that don't use email so I just email to my UPS store with instructions, they fax it for me and when complete they put it in my box. I've used this UPS Store for years despite others being closer to me. It's because Karen and her staff are wonderful! They all know me by name and are friendly and willing to go above and beyond. No matter what kooky requests I make when I need something printed or mailed, they always say yes! I was disappointed when I found out Mr. Earl was selling the store because he was so fantastic, but I'm happy to say that the customer service hasn't changed. This store has dropped SIGNIFICANTLY in attention to detail and caring about their box holders. Placing their "filing" label COMPLETELY COVERING the original sender to/from address is unacceptable. What if they applied the label to the wrong parcel (seriously, human error, which is ok, it can happen...) then I get it and open someone else's mail - that is a federal crime to open someone's mail without their consent. If customer sends item to me for return or service, covering the label I may not know who it is from. Regardless, there is ZERO need to completely cover to/from address with an in store label used for their convenience to sort and inventory. There is plenty of other space on the parcel to label it. Ask the staff to refrain - "oh we have hundreds of packages a day" (nearly hand to forehead, drama, soooo, busy!!!!). Me thinks not, you placed the secondary label PERFECTLY over the addressee label. And yes, that was the manager who I spoke to. Not very managerial in my eyes. We operate a business, this is our official mailing address, too much heartache to "move"....so we suffer. read more

From the very beginning I've noticed a general unfriendliness that seems to stem from the owner. The service at this location has gone downhill considerably over the past few months. I wanted to buy some large boxes from them and the young associate at that counter refused to sell boxes to me...it was only after my insistence that they sold me a cardboard box! Incredibly rude. Terrible new management and ownership. Stay away! My package was lost for a month. They eventually figured out they sent it to the wrong address. Never apologized and I ended up having to call to find that information out. They never called me to tell me. Every time I did call, which was only 3 times in the span of a month, they acted like I was bothering them. The manager a woman, which I cannot remember her name, has no business working with people. When I told her my package wasn't delivered she proceeded to tell me how she doesn't make mistakes or lose packages. Well I hope she can now understand that she does. She really needs to educate herself on proper human communication before she goes out in the world. After not wanting to speak to the delusional manager anymore, I asked to speak with the owner who turned out to be more than willing to back her up. Dream team for happy customers right there. With all that said I'd recommend using another UPS store because yikes their dumb. Yelp is here to help people find good places and weed out the bad. Have been using this UPS store for several years. Would not switch to another location if offered service for free. Karen and team treat me like a friend or neighbor. They see me coming and often have my packages and mail out for me before I open door. I called Earl at this Windmill and Pecos location and he was ready to have me come in to help me out with a RS3. He was so helpful and quick to assist. Great staff and friendly service! Even though this is not the closest mail center for us to have a box, I don't mind going the extra distance for the experience. We have lot of packages delivered there, some with expensive contents, and it is important to us that our mail center is accurate in sorting. At other mail centers, we have had bad experiences in having to track down our packages that were given to someone else by mistake. This is hands down, the easiest, most pleasurable mailing experience I have ever had! I will definitely be back for all of my mailing needs. I would rather drive a little farther out of the way to go to this store versus the mailer closer to my home due to the phenomenal customer service. The owner Tim was so kind and patient with me, as were the other employees. I had four different packages I was mailing out (to four different addresses might I add) as well as an Amazon return. To my surprise, I was in and out so quickly and efficiently. I was even assisted in bringing in some of the heavier, larger packages in from my car without asking! It was such a refreshing change of pace to be treated with such kindness and wonderful customer service. Also, I currently have a mailbox at a different store closer to my home and I am definitely planning on switching it to this store! I am looking forward to making the change. Really? A free standing UPS store and you can't handle accounts nor carry shipping labels... This is not the only UPS store that doesn't do it either which is really frustrating... They refer me to go home and do it from my computer, it makes no sense why the store can't have the capabilities to do so. read more

Do not waste your money and time at this UPS Store. It's worth traveling to another nearby location! Rude service, sloppy work, poor quality tools/supplies used for packaging. Welcomed greeting upon entering store. But when I requested only packaging no shipping, their attitude changed to one of annoyance. From my standpoint, I saw 2 people quickly packaging my items (Christmas gifts). Upon entering I communicated clearly what I wanted. First person began stating prices and asking for phone number. I again said that I was only wanting packaging no shipping and a reason for my specific request. Second person came out from storeroom and again began to quote prices. I reiterated my request and reason. At this point their rude attitude became apparent. As each box was placed on counter in front of me one at a time, I heard noise looking up to see tape lifting from cardboard in several areas of box(s). This happened to other two boxes once packaging completed. I pressed tape onto surfaces of boxes but tape continued to lift. I considered bringing it to their attention but withheld for fear they would retaliate with worse service. I paid for packing and packaging of 3 boxes a cost of over $20. I had 3 large boxes to take out of store and none of the staff (3 that were visible) assisted me in exiting nor offered help. Two customers were in store when I entered; approximately 6 in total were in and out of store during my visit. Store was not busy enough for an excuse of 'busy' to do a decent packaging job. A simple verbal offer to help me as I exited store with 3 large boxes would have sufficed. Also, I considered a large tip for the manpower but given their rude behavior I refrained. New to the neighborhood, I am in the market for a postal box and considered this UPS Store but after this negative experience with simple packaging I would not trust them with mail. I work in customer service, serving hundreds of people a day, thousands per week. Hence my attention to detail. I believe in giving back to the community by patronizing local businesses. This is why I am reviewing this UPS Store location. Sad that local business treat Locals poorly. In a time of Corporate greed I hoped for better neighborhood service...Word of mouth is the best free advertising! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Came in to make 30 black and white photocopies on regular paper. Got charged an arm and a leg. The rude clerk arbitrarily charged an obscene amount and had no remorse. Prices aren't posted and you can't independently utilize the copy machine. Will NEVER go here. Please save your time and money and go some where else. read more
