These guys work harder than anyone to make sure you get what you need done fast. I just came from shipping a package with them, and they were literally running around the store to make sure my package was taken care of and on its way without spending a second longer than needed doing so. Some reviewers here don't realize that UPS is a franchise, and that the individual stores can't control things like how your package is handled in transit. TERRIBLE! Avoid at all costs! They will not reimburse you if your packages arrive damaged and will ignore you. I have been trying to get reimbursed for 2 damaged packages (speaker and TV) for the past 3 months. Justin, the manager told me he would call me back and never even bothered. No response when I call or when I email. This is unacceptable!!!! You are better off going to a location nearby. TRUST ME. This location tarnishes the UPS brand like no other. read more

Not only was my package never delivered, it was completely destroyed and "thrown out". When asked about my insurance claim it took over 3 weeks for an investigation and was denied due to the boxes. As well as was packaged by the UPS store! Basically, Justin sold me insurance that he knew would never be able to pay out. Justin also promised me he would call me back within 2 days, but due to the headquarter's email about my package going to his "spam folder", he never called me for over a week. Highly recommend you never use this UPS store or Justin's service again. Rude is the nicest way to say how my issue was treated not only by this store but by headquarters. I tried to come by quickly to drop off a package that I already had the label on, attached, and just wanted to find a drop box. I assumed there would be one in the UPS store like there is at USPS, FedEx, etc. I walked in at 6:58, store closes at 7:00. Considering I was doing a 30 second task I didn't think it'd be a big deal, especially because the door was unlocked and another customer was in. Before I had a chance to even ask though, the women at the desk said they were closed. I started saying, "oh I'm sorry I'm just trying to see" (if there was a drop box) but she actually interrupted me legitimately saying "nope we're closed that door should be locked have goodbye" and again I was trying to just see if there was a drop box and I tried again saying, "I already have this labeled just seeing if I can drop it.." and she interrupted me again. While it's not the end of the world, knowing I can walk to another drop box by the path, I was surprised and just super annoyed and frustrated the woman wouldn't even let me finish my sentence or take 10 more seconds to ask if they had a drop box. Again what I was asking would've been a quick drop, so I definitely was not coming in for a big task or anything that would've taken any longer than her still helping that one woman. I gave 2 stars rather than 1 just because one other time when I called with a question a guy took my call & helper over the phone- so it was great getting ahold of someone easily then. Have had a PMB box at the 330 Washington Street location for three years. The employees have always been very nice, knowledgable and accommodating. The store will hold packages for you too, so you don't need to worry about Amazon or others delivering to your home or business while you are away. read more

so the whole situation is, I mailed 4 packages separately from hoboken UPSstore, when the packages arrived to StockX, two of them were empty inside!!! I called UPS custom services, they used 10days to investigating on the package and the result is they stands that the packages successfully delivered to the address on file, ahah!!yes, they are successfully delivered, what about the products in the packages ???? You understand that I am talking about right? An empty package, how clever are the employee of this UPS store! Also in the same time I reported to NYPD because UPS store is not cooperating, they can't look up what's the CCTV showing in the store that day! !!!! Place is ok. Seems a bit chaotic the few times I've gone. They closed at 2pm on New Years Eve. The USPS laughed as four people stood outside annoyed. He said you should use the Post Office. Ironic but he was right. For that service, it's one of those days they should be open. read more

I love this place - shipping, printing, copying and a notary onsite! I usually email them my shipping labels in advance and they print them out when I get there. So easy. Seriously rude, humorless efficious staff. I had to notorize 2 documents. They acted as if they were doing me a really big favor. The girl sent to help me print was rolling her eyes and constantly yawning like I was keeping her up. The woman notorizing the docs was dry and utterly disconnected. I'm not expecting warm and fuzzy at UPS but don't make me feel like I'm a big bother. They couldn't even give me proper paper clips for the docs when I asked. I won't be back. I came in 10 minutes before closing with a somewhat complicated printing job. They were nice enough to keep the store open and size and get all the different colored cards I needed printed within the hour. Fast, efficient, great staff. Never to long of a wait and way better then going to the post office which has u on line for an hour to mail a letter.
